Lovely west coast cottage of about 85 sqm in Beddingestrand with large secluded plot about 350 meters from child-friendly beach. Bus stop about 400 meters. During the spring of 2025 the kitchen and bathroom were renovated. Living room with fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine and 3 separate bedrooms, outdoor room, and wooden deck with outdoor furniture. Nearby there are several restaurants, ice cream parlors, pizzerias, tennis, golf and lovely walking paths.

The open-plan living area is observed from above, featuring a combination of natural textures and modern design. Warm light from distinctive hanging fixtures illuminates the space, where a kitchen area is adjacent to a small dining setup. Large glass doors lead to the outdoors.

Our cozy cottage built in 2022 with an impressive ceiling height in the living room/kitchen area and bedroom offers a bright and airy atmosphere. The large balcony is perfect for both relaxation and meals with sun from lunch to sunset. The cottage is surrounded by a garden with a playhouse and a small sandbox. Close to grocery store, Värdshus and Sweden's southernmost headland, Smygehuk with cafés, shops and art exhibitions. The nice local swimming area has a jetty, nice sandy beaches only a few kilometers away.

A wooden deck is featured with a railing, leading to a sliding glass door. Several white chairs surround a small table, while potted plants add a touch of greenery. A Swedish flag is seen in the background, gently fluttering in the breeze.

Welcome to a small cozy and functional cabin with the forest just around the corner! Here you live easily and take care of yourself in peace of mind. You bring your own bed sheets. We provide blankets, pillows and towels. The bunk beds are 90 cm wide and the double bed is 140 cm wide. Please help water the flowers and plants!
