Öresundsbron/Malmö (10 min) och Köpenhamn (30 min), Österlen (ca 45 min). Perfekt för utflykter i området eller jobbresa. Modernt, hemtrevligt, mysigt boende med alla bekvämligheter! Ett harmoniskt hus att trivas i! Allt nytt augusti 2022! Härligt stort trädäck med pergola, utemöbler, grill mm. Insynsskyddad och mysig trädgård i söderläge.

Villa Siesta

Take the whole family to Villa Siesta. A villa with a lot of space for fun, both outside and inside. We have a large yard which is perfect for children while you take care of the barbeque and the sunbathing either in the yard or on our balcony. We have rabbits and birds which take care of them selfes. Our villa is situated in the center of the village Vellinge and is 7 minutes away by car from one of the best beaches in Sweden, Kämpinge Strandbad. We are looking forward to having you here.

A very charming house with three floors, a lovely open kitchen and living room space and a radiant 600 m2 private garden with herbs and salads to pick and big old thuja trees to play in. It is situated right in the middle of Vellinge, a pleasant small town in a thriving agricultural countryside, only 6-12 minutes’ drive from three of the most beautiful beaches in Sweden (blue flag). Endless sand dunes and crystal blue water. The buzzing cosmopolitan city of Malmö is just as near. Welcome!

En kort promenad från charmiga fiskebyn Smygehamn ligger detta lilla hus vid kustvägen med stor grön trädgård och närhet till både hav och vackra landskap. Med sydkusten som sträcker sig i båda riktningar kan man enkelt ta sig till Malmö/Köpenhamn eller till Ystad och Österlens alla smultronställen med bil eller buss. Besides the peaceful surroundings, this place is a great base for exploring the South Coast, including Falsterbo’s lovely beaches, Malmö's vibrant city life, Ystad's historical sites, and Trelleborg's coastal charm.
