The apartment is exactly as described, has a spacious garden and a great location. Christer was very friendly and responded immediately to questions and helped. Before arrival we got an exact directions that were very helpful. Check in was very easy. After the long drive, we were able to get started on vacation immediately. Beds were very comfortable. There was everything we needed. The garden is large and quiet, completely fenced. Sufficiently comfortable seating available. The hot tub is older and not all jets are working anymore. But it heats up great and works. The only downside was the cleanliness in the kitchen. There were a lot of dishes and unfortunately almost everything (maybe from the previous tenant) was dirty. We just rinsed the things we needed beforehand and then used them again and again. Location was great. In a secluded location. A few minutes walk to the really nice and quiet beach. We felt comfortable

We had an amazing stay! The hospitality was outstanding, and we felt truly welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect – right by the sea, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere, though having a car was essential to get around. Kristina was fantastic, always available with helpful tips and tricks to make our stay even better. The cozy fireplace was the highlight of our evenings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return someday!

Recovered after half a day. Because: Thomas did everything he could, as he was always friendly and helpful without being intrusive. The house was superbly equipped and maintained. Although located in a residential area, the neighbors were almost imperceptible, so you could sleep undisturbed. Walks from the house almost to infinity in all directions. The comfortable reading chair could have also used rainy days, which didn't exist, and we were able to walk the mile-long beach with our Havana girl. We already collected stones and cones for the local Christmas decoration. For mushroom pickers, the area was also a paradise. We sought relaxation and found it in full. Thank you so much for that, dear Thomas! Absolutely recommend your refuge! Our dog also joins in the enthusiasm, it was also super equipped for her. Glad to come back!

Super nice little cottage within walking distance to beach and shopping. Lovely for a getaway. We felt at home.

I stayed in a separate part of the house at Eva's home, with my own kitchen and bathroom and large bedroom. Cozy and nice! I stayed there an early spring but there is also the possibility of outdoor stays in the garden in warmer weather. Eva is a very friendly and nice hostess who makes sure that what you need is on site. I am very happy to come back during the warm summer time, as the accommodation is within walking distance to the beach and as I said, the possibility of, for example, breakfast in the garden.

We had a lovely few days at Jenna and Linu's cozy cottage by the beach. There was everything we needed, and it was in scenic surroundings. Even had a nice dinner at their fine restaurant right next door. Thanks for the nice chocolates at welcome! Jenna and Linus were generally very welcoming and helpful hosts.

We had a great week! Great place to stay that lived up to expectations. The kids had fun in the trampoline, pool, and ping pong table were appreciated. The host was easy to reach and always responded promptly. The house was located in a cozy area and close to the sea. There was also a small self-service grocery store that had the essentials and fresh rolls/bread every morning. Was easy to take the train to Ystad, the station was not far from the accommodation. Was also easy to take a bus. If you like to bike, there were great bike paths. I highly recommend this home!

We had a great time in this lovely summerhouse with great location. Just a short walk to the beach wich was not crouded at all during our stay! The swimmingpool was our daughters favorite! We would come back for sure 😀

The house is wonderful and as described it was recently renovated to a good standard. It’s not huge but the large outdoor deck makes up for that when the weather is fine. We stayed at Easter and it was borderline sitting outside but we took advantage of the sunny deck whenever we could! And whatever the weather, the outdoor hot tub is marvellous and the family went for a dip every morning - it’s a really nice tub too with lots of different jet and bubble settings - and super warm! We stayed at Christer’s place as a family of four with two teens, one of whom stayed in the separate guesthouse - which she was delighted about as she could disappear there when she wanted! There isn’t a toilet in the guesthouse but that didn’t bother her, as it’s a relatively short walk. It’s ideal for a smaller family for some time away from the day-to-day in a very quiet and calm setting, just 500m from the seaside! We also brought our bikes and could store them in the outdoor storage which was super!

Great house, a bit bigger than we expected from pictures. Short walk to beautiful beach with a friendly ice cream kiosk/beach bar. Patrik was quick to response to messages and accommodating. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

The house is right on the sea, which you can also hear rustling at night and therefore has a very special charm. The beds are comfortable and the house is equipped with everything you need. However, it was not as clean and pristine as it is suggested in the pictures. The supermarket is in two minutes walking distance. A beautiful sandy beach is located ten minutes away by car in Beddingestrand. Directly adjacent to the garden of the house is a pebble beach, from which you can walk in about 20 minutes to Smygehuk, the southernmost point of Sweden, where a delicious ice cream parlor, a nice cafe and fresh fish are waiting for you. We enjoyed our stay very much.
