This was our third time staying at Robert's. He is indeed a super and superb host. The environment is peaceful, quiet and felt like hhome. We are already looking forward to our next trip.

The location is superb, just a short distance from town, making it convenient yet peaceful. The views from the property are breathtaking, especially the sight of planes landing, which can be enjoyed from the serene pool area I cannot recommend this place enough. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a base to explore the area, Raquel's Airbnb offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service. Doreen went out of her way to make sure we could find the location easily, she came to show me the place around, the place was beautiful, the cleanest apartment and pool I’ve seen in many years traveling to Jamaica! The view is breathtaking, even better than the photos!! Can’t wait to come back :)

Our accommodations were great. The beds were comfortable. There was a nice view from both our balconies. There is a building that sits right in front and blocks a bit of the ocean view but it isn't too bad. The air condition units worked amazing, we were kept super cool. This rental is about a 15-20 min walk to Harmony public beach. It suited us fine but we did have one person in our group that had some knee problems so we only walked out to get some food once. There are a lot of steps so be aware of that if that is an issue for you. The driver, Roy, who does the airport pickup and can offer private rides was amazing! We cannot say enough good things about him. We felt very safe with him and he brought us anywhere we needed to go. I would rent here again just so we had Roy as our driver. Some notes to be aware of if you plan on doing a lot of cooking. There are only bare necessities in the kitchen so we did have to buy condiments, spices, oil etc. Overall, we loved our stay!

This Airbnb was very beautiful and nicely set up. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into the place! Lots of instructions to get there and get into the Airbnb and the Lathalia checks in to makesure everything is okay! The place is in a nice quiet area and you have everything you need available to you at the house. I will definitely book into this place again if I’m in the area! Thank you for such a nice stay!

I’m a travel agent so I’d always give a honest review Collins apartments were extremely clean, comfortable and fantastic value for money The beds were comfortable & the shower I didn’t want to come out of :-) Tea, coffee, shower gel & hair dryer was provided Collin was very responsive & helpful Location roughly 15 mins drive from hip strip (Night life) (regular Local taxis 1 min walk from apartment roughly 130 Jamaican dollars). Apartment located in a residential area but very Quiet I’d definitely be recommending Collins place

When I first booked this place over two months in advance, I heard from Jason within a day or so of booking. We spoke briefly through WhatsApp, and he let me know he'd be in touch in the future. Jason contacted me again prior to the trip and asked if there was anything specifically I needed for him to do. I did ask that all the windows and doors be closed, and this is when he informed me that the place had window mesh, or what we call window screens. He even mentioned that the doors had screens as well, which is great for keep bugs out. When we arrived, he left the key for us, but I'm going to mention this here that he has a lockbox listed, but there is not one on the property. I think a lockbox would be much easier and safer for both Jason as well as any guests arriving in the future when leaving keys. We were in a rush to go out and get food, so we quickly looked over the place and left our belongings, and we didn't come back until the evening, which is when we were able to observe everything, and I always take pictures of places I'm staying at. I mentioned a few issues to him, just to make sure this wasn't blamed on myself or my brother after our stay. The only issues that really bothered me was the fact that there was an ant infestation in the hall bathroom. We did use Raid on the problem 3 or 4 times before they finally went away completely, but that took about two weeks to become successful. Honestly, I was surprised to see that there were a bunch of dead ants in the tub as if no one had cleaned the tub prior to us coming, so we had to clean it multiple times because ants were constantly being killed in there. The only real issue I had with the place personally was the air conditioning. I picked the room that had the bathroom, and the AC wouldn't turn on at all because of an error code. Jason had someone come and fix it within two days, but just about a week later it started dripping water to the point where it soaked the dresser and floor, so he had to call out the AC Tech again, and the tech kept putting us off. The tech literally took 1 week and 5 days to finally come out and fix the issue. Jason is a saint because I can't imagine being this patient with someone who was so irresponsible and wouldn't even keep his appointments much more answer the phone or text messages! This also was an issue for me because the room gets extremely hot in the daytime, and even though I would only run the AC in brief periods, I wasn't able to run it more than 15 minutes at a time before it began leaking. The things I enjoyed about this place was the location. It's very close to Falmouth, there is shopping and gas close by, and the security is so strict that you better have your papers in place, or you may not be able to get into the complex. Many people talk about the safety issues in Jamaica, but this is not a problem for me, and staying here made me feel even more safe than I normally do. The place has grills on the front and back doors and all windows, which may seem like overkill, but it definitely gives you a safe feeling as well. There is parking in front of the home, but a vehicle that was previously parked there was taking up one side, but we were able to use the other side to park when we rented a car. The AC in the hallway would quickly cool the living room, so we didn't have to run it very long to keep it cool. Another amazing thing about this home are the fans! The fans are so powerful it's like having a helicopter over your head, and I can't say you can go completely without the AC, but the fans definitely makes it less necessary to run the AC for long periods of time. There are two fans in the living room that are fantastic, and even the small standing fan that's mounted to the wall can help to keep you cool if you sit on the largest couch. The fan in my room would help to keep me cool and even allow me to sleep through the hot morning because it was so powerful. I also love that he has chosen to put such large TVs in each bedroom. I'm used to my 55 inch TV at home, and I even shipped one out to make sure I would have one to use in my room, but I didn't need it because the 50-inch TV that's mounted high on the wall in each room is perfect with great picture as well as excellent Wi-Fi, and both are smart TVs. There is even a cable box in each room as well as the living room, which allows for you to watch many channels. I did bring my own Roku and media player, so I didn't use the cable box, but it's nice having this provided for us. The living room entertainment system is really loud, and there is even additional speakers if you want to play music, but I kept it quiet as I'm mindful of the neighbors. The kitchen was great as well. I really loathe gas stoves, but I was easily able to use this one. It's a new stove and very clean, and when I finally learned how to bake in it, I was able to crank out some wonderful treats for Christmas. I didn't have a hand mixer, and Jason was sweet enough to go out and purchase one for the home, so it was

We loved our stay. Miguel was exceptionally helpful and constantly provided us with helpful tips about food and entertainment options. Was willing to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome and at home. The house was beautiful and we immediately felt like we were home away from home. Protect spot for a quick family getaway. Absolutely my favorite house to stay at in Silver Sand strictly because of the house keeper Ms. Dawn. She is an amazing cook and even better person always smiling, definitely will be returning soon

Rohan hands down was an amazing host! The place was perfect to celebrate my Wife’s 34th Birthday for just the two of us. The location was perfect and safe. Also we were near everything that we wanted to do. His guide book was a great bonus as well. I am looking forward to coming back this Summer and will highly recommend any of his properties, 5 Star service!

Our stay in Lenthe, Jamaica, was truly an unforgettable experience. Although the property is about an hour away from the airport (which wasn’t clear in the search results), the journey was worth every minute. Surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sound of the river, the location is a paradise for nature lovers. We did face a small issue with the cold water not working in our unit, but Mathew, the amazing host, quickly resolved it by offering us access to another unit. He went above and beyond, he even helped us get some food and providing clean, fresh water. The road leading up to the property can feel a bit intimidating, but once you arrive, it’s incredibly safe and peaceful. The sunrise views from the unit were absolutely breathtaking Overall, the tranquility, natural beauty, and exceptional hospitality made this stay so special. If you’re looking for a serene escape surrounded by nature, I would highly recommend staying here because I would go back there in a heartbeat.

My stay was good, peaceful and enjoyable. Only issue the gate takes a while to close after entering or exiting. Overall would recommend to a friend.

Excellent place to stay and would definitely stay again. The bed was extremely comfortable and the home was very secure. Friendly, helpful host and loved the accommodation. I hope to go back soon one of the best places I have stayed in and would highly recommend it. I had a lovely stay.

I absolutely loved this place, this was my first time in Jamaica and the Airbnb stood out! Very peaceful, private, and authentic. The Rose Hall location was beautiful, and the place itself was exactly like the pictures. My favorite part of this bnb is the balcony the view at anytime of the day is worth it. There is a pool and private beach access until sunset and the grounds are well kept and sooooooooo gorgeous. All in all I loved everything about the listing and the listings location.
