New house that can accommodate 4 people with a magnificent sea view. The beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet on the ground floor and a spacious living room upstairs overlooking a beautiful sea view on one side and on the other side access to an enclosed garden with terrace. The house is close to the GR34 and the classified site of Dourven. Locquemeau, a small fishing village, is located close to the Pink Granite Coast.

We had a lovely stay . Relaxation, calm and serenity with the possibility of reaching the restaurants via the coast on foot. Very nice as a short walk (recommended by Fabrice).
