We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

The property was everything we’d hoped for, peaceful, private and in a beautiful setting. It was equipped with everything we could need, with very comfortable furniture and high quality linens. The kitchen was very well equipped indeed, I loved the air fryer! Colin met us on arrival, unlocking the door and showing us how to operate the shutters before making himself scarce. Although the hosts live next door they’d obviously gone to some effort to make sure the property felt private, we hardly knew they were there. The area is just beautiful with some very scenic villages within a short drive. We’d recommend visiting Montolieu as well as Carcassonne itself. The Lac de la Cavayere is well worth a visit in nice weather and I suspect even more so in summer when all of its activities are in operation. Colin very kindly negotiated with the cleaners to allow us an extra hour before we had to check out - with 7 hours between checkout and our flight this was very much appreciated!

Nice recent renovation, tastefully decorated. The house is exactly as described and is well-equipped. The bedding is comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable. The hosting was easy and pleasant and the departure flexible and without difficulty. Thanks to Nicolas and Virginia. It's not impossible that we'll come back because it's 5 minutes from the Enduro Park where we'll also come back.

we had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The house is brilliant. There were 6 adults and 5 children and we had plenty of space. The pool and outside kitchen were awesome and we loved being able to cook and eat outside. Great value for money and I can't recommend the place highly enough!

We had a very nice stay. The house is cozy, with fireplace, and especially with children ideal – there are many games, puzzles and books. Even on a rainy day, we were able to keep the kids busy so well. Everything is lovingly decorated, there is plenty of space, a very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden. A special highlight of course was the fantastic view and an evening walk on the dirt roads that start right behind the house and where there are chickens, cows and donkeys to discover. Joëlle was an attentive host and provided us with many helpful excursion tips and addresses. Thank you – we would have liked to have stayed longer!

We were hosted very well by Bertrand who was very responsive throughout the stay, as soon as we had a question or problem. The space was exactly as described, with good facilities and good beds. The presence of air conditioning in each room is a plus. The proximity to other families who were staying nearby went well, and we were able to enjoy the pool at our leisure. Finally, one of the big highlights of the accommodation is its location in the middle of the hills, away from the hustle and bustle and allowing you to really find yourself.

This is one of the loveliest long term stays that I have had ever had. This feels like a true home - all of the amenities and appliances that you could need for cooking at home and having a relaxing evening after a day of travels, including a kettle, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, and multiple sets of dishes. Never had any issues the hot water or water pressure. The wi-fi is incredibly fast and reliable, perfect for video calls for work and video streaming. The hosts live nearby and were very flexible and responsive when our train was delayed coming into Carcassonne, and they met us at the door and helped us to settle in. They also were very patient and helpful whenever we had any questions or issues (including those that were caused by our cat!) The location is incredible, very close to tourist sites and a nearby park / walking trail. Carrefour is about 15 mins walking, Lidl is a little further (25 mins walking). We'd love to come again!!

Very nice apartment with a small balcony ideal for enjoying the magnificent view of the village and the surrounding hills. We had a lot of friendly exchanges with our host who gave us lots of good advice . Very nice walks or bike rides in the area so ideal for an extended weekend.

Small one-night stopover on our way back from the Christmas holidays in Kamelia's very cozy apartment. We wanted to introduce our children to the castle and the medieval city. It's done, especially since the accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the city gates. Kamelia is very responsive as well as her dad who hosted us very warmly. Carcassonne is a beautiful city. Next time, we'll stay longer. Thank you very much.

Highly welcoming host. the accent of the south changes us from the Parisian grayness. I really enjoyed the homemade Tiramisu as a welcome gift. happy hosting!

we had a very nice stay at this accommodation, it is easily accessible with a convenient parking space although narrow and in a quiet place. it is on a raised ground floor and which overlooks a pedestrian / bike lane by the port. everything was functional and in good condition, the A/C is useful during the hot weather. ideal for 2/3 people olive tree is very responsive and available in case of question, I recommend

A very nice apartment where you feel good, very well decorated! Everything was as described, impeccably clean, we didn't want for anything. Very pleasant canal view, Cité de Carcassonne less than 30 min walk. We didn't hear the neighbors at all, but the neighborhood was a little noisy at night (at least for one of the 2 bedrooms).

Perfect and accommodating check-in and check-out. Christel is caring. I have nothing to complain about the apartment, the neighborhood was very quiet, in the city center and close to all amenities. I was there for professional reasons but if I had to go back privately I would definitely choose the same rental.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was spotless with a large balcony and magnificent views. The services offered are great with heated indoor and outdoor pool and close to the beach and the restaurant on site where you eat very well. We had a lovely time and a great vacation.

This place had been chosen for its ideal beachfront location and ease of access to the Mondial du Vent. We weren't disappointed. The apartment is also very functional and very clean,the relationships with Liliane are easy and quick. Excellent stay. I would highly recommend this rental.

We are delighted with our stay in Port Leucate. Beautiful apartment, well-equipped, air conditioning. Ideally located 2 min from the sea, 8 min from the Port (bar, restaurant, ice cream parlor). Chantal and Nadine are available and welcoming. Thanks for everything.

Our 10 days at Cécile's went very well, she is very responsive, with good advice and welcomed us on really flexible schedules which allowed us to enjoy it to the fullest! In addition, the apartment is really good for two people, very clean and in a good location close to the beach Looking forward to coming back again!

We had an extended weekend at Danielle's apartment, who was very kind, pleasant and attentive to making our stay easier. The apartment is very well-equipped, the bedrooms are air-conditioned and the large terrace is very pleasant. The parking space and proximity to Graezel Beach are important assets. So we are delighted with our stay.
