Waterfront vacation rentals in Travemünde

Great place to stay in the countryside! We spent 3 nights visiting Hamburg - the former waterworks is an original accommodation directly on the banks of the Elbe (even if you can only see the Elbe from the outermost corner of the window...). The building makes a freshly renovated impression, everything is tip-top. Although you are not far from the center of Hamburg, you will find yourself absolutely in the countryside, in a quiet environment. And the center of Blankenese is within walking distance, with shops, cafes, bars and S-Bahn. We were very pleased!

We stayed here for a month. The apartment is in an excellent location with everything you need nearby. The surrounding area is beautiful and great for walks. The host was very quick to respond to any inquires and made us feel right at home. The apartment itself is very comfortable and we did not want for anything. I would definitely recommend this location for a rest by the sea.

We had a few nice days in Lübeck, and the weather was good to us. The apartment is very well located, not far from the Wakenitz, very quiet, you can reach everything very well on foot. Christian was a good host, check-in was unproblematic, everything was available in the apartment to our satisfaction. Lübeck is always worth a trip. See you next time.

The stay was very nice. The apartment is well equipped, very clean and as described. The location of the apartment is unbeatable. Communication with Sabine was straightforward and very friendly. Check-in as well as check-out were unproblematic. There's even a parking space that belongs to the apartment. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed with the family (four of us) in the accommodation. - The value for money is wonderful. - In addition to a large, spacious apartment which is wonderfully divided, there was a private courtyard which was as big as a private apartment. - The bedrooms are wonderfully divided into 3 rooms (1x single bed, 1x double bed (140 x 200 cm) and 1x double bed (180 x 200 cm). - There was a nice, spacious kitchen with everything you need as well as a freezer, microwave, etc. - The dining room has seamlessly transitioned into the living room and entrance area, which again corresponds to the size of an entire apartment - From the kitchen, dining room/living room and the large bedroom, you can directly access the courtyard - A small charcoal grill was also available for use

Bernd and his wife were very helpful and friendly hosts. If you had any questions, you could always contact them, the communication was very pleasant and easy. We especially liked the self-made booklet with the history of the place and the house, activities in the area and recommendations for restaurants and cafes. The guest house was very cozily furnished, you had a great view of the lake. The garden was nice and large and yet private. Everything in the house was clean and lovingly furnished, the kitchen included everything you needed. All around, the guest house is a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed at Katharina's beautiful place over New Year's Eve with 4 families and a total of 6 children and had a great time! There is a lot of space and retreat options. The playroom is perfect and the kids loved it. The house is super equipped and was super cozy! Next time would use the upper bedroom but only as a game room. We will definitely be back, next time in summer so we also have something from the pool and tennis court:) Thanks also to Ms. Ms. Marthiensen for the nice welcome!

Feel-good place near the Baltic Sea We immediately felt very comfortable with our two children (5&2 years). Check-in via lockbox was straightforward. Delia had explained everything to us in detail in advance, so everything was impeccable to find. In general, the communication was very friendly :) The place is cozy, clean and tidy. Everything you need is available. The terrace is great and the kettle grill was also a little highlight. Bathroom & kitchen were very clean. Parking is available right outside the property. We enjoyed the tranquility and the chalet park is very nicely landscaped as a whole. Lake Süsel and a playground are within walking distance. Haffkrug/Scharbeutz can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car. As well as the shopping. We highly recommend it ⭐️

We wanted a quiet comfortable place to relax that would also allow us to see Hamburg. Felix's place was perfect. It's a lovely place with everything provided, including breakfast (toast and jam). The complimentary bicycles also allow you to nip to the supermarket and the hvv switch app and day pass made our visit to Hamburg a breeze. The best bit was meeting Felix! Super helpful and a really interesting guy. Loads of recommendations etc. I would confer that the shower is a bit tight, which might pose a problem for those with access problems, but that does not diminish a great place. Thanks Felix.

We were able to spend a very relaxing long weekend here with the family. The house is wonderfully quiet between the fields, is cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Among other things, the selection of games for young and old and of course the coffee preparation options were great! Peter was very helpful and easily accessible.

Very good accommodation that has everything you can wish for!

We enjoyed the two nights in Kalkhorst with three adults and five children. The immediate surroundings are quiet and idyllic. We took a trip to Boltenhagen (about 15 minutes by car) and otherwise spent a lot of time in the garden and in the house. Communication with Annika and Burkhard was very friendly. Did not miss any amenities in the house.

These were wonderful days in Schwerin in Lisa's beautiful apartment. She is an extremely nice and always helpful host who gives good tips. Her garden is really a dream and the apartment with the (very small) balcony with a magnificent view of Lake Ostorf. The apartment is well equipped, although the bed creaked a little. The shower curtain is a small flaw, as it either sticks to the body in the tub, or you let it go with the risk of wetting the bathroom a little. All in all, a really recommendable apartment and hostess.

Beautiful little apartment, very clean and modernly furnished. Since we were there for our wedding day, we were very pleasantly surprised, as the bed had been decorated as a small love nest. This was a great surprise. Communication was perfect. We will definitely come back, we were very satisfied.

We had super nice days at Britta's place! It has everything you need, the size is completely sufficient and within walking distance of everything. Git is also that there is an elevator, so you don't have to take all the luggage up the stairs. The view was great and it is great that Britta allows dogs in her place. We felt very comfortable and say THANK YOU again here for EVERYTHING dear Britta! ❤️

A very nice and modern accommodation in a very idyllic landscape! A beautiful place to unwind & be close to Hamburg!

I was in Kiel for 5 weeks for work and I loved the accommodation! Thanks to the great weather, I was able to enjoy the sunset from the balcony every evening. The apartment is very nice and above all practically furnished. The beach is right outside the door and shopping was a breeze within a few minutes by car. Thanks to the private parking space, parking was always possible without any problems. The hosts were super friendly and always immediately available. If I have to go to Kiel again, I would definitely choose this accommodation again!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! There is a blind for the window in the shower (for those who are also asking😉). The garden is a dream and we sat in the sun in the afternoon for an hour or two and watched the chicken gang during their laps. The street was quite noisy during our visit. The windows are super insulated - when they are closed, it's completely unproblematic. But we slept with the window open and then it was quite noisy. Maybe this will be better due to the leaves on the trees in front of the window, but everything was still bare with us. 🙂 The contact with Christoph was super nice, friendly and uncomplicated both before and on site.

We stayed six days with our two girls in Mieke's apartment. The house is quietly located and you can go for a good walk from there. The children liked the garden and the animals very much. The apartment is well and conveniently equipped. From the "Mittlerer Landweg" stop (a few minutes by car; Park & Ride day ticket: €2) you can quickly get to the city and all kinds of Hamburg sights by S2. Overall, as a family, we enjoyed this mix of peace and action in the city very much.

Clear recommendation for the Sundkieker vacation home! We felt right at home from the first day. Great view, very good location, excellent starting point for bike tours, short distances to Aalkate and Lütten, very high-quality, modern furnishings and all in all a feel-good place. Thomas is quick to reach and check-in and check-out worked smoothly. We will be happy to come back!
