We just LOVE our newest edition to "Nikolai Homes". Located in a beautiful cobblestone courtyard only 200 steps from St. Stephen´s cathedral. Super central, yet very quiet. You will LOVE it too. This studio apartment is just around the corner from Mozart’s house in the historic part of Vienna. You can literally walk everywhere and there are wonderful restaurants close by. The studio itself is completely newly designed. Professional cleaning ensures 5.star cleanliness.

Probably in the best location in Zagreb, literally 2 minute walk from the main square and 1 minute walk from the central park Zrinjevac, this beautiful apartment was fully renovated in November 2022 and all the things are new. It is good for 5 people and it is fully equiped: air condition, washing machine, dryer, WIFI, android smart TV 140 cm, oven, microwave etc. Tram stop is 2 minutes away - main square. It is on the second floor without elevator.

Enjoy the simplicity on this peaceful and central accomodation. Downtown full flat equipped with climate with a modern style. Onto one of an arm's length can be found: Grand Boulvard, restaurants and terraces, cafe bars, groceries. The flat looks out on an inner yard and it's on the ground-floor, it is not necessary to carry up the packets.
