Vacation rentals with beach access in Transdanubia

Very good apartment everything likes on the photos.Nice modern furnitures and AC in every room.Very big balcony with a good view and seats to sit down.inside car park space good for the hot weather. location wise very good next to the free beach with swallow water for children, few minutes walk to the restaurants and around 15 minutes to the town centre, supermarkets 5 minutes away. Very good stay I would recommend to everybody.

Everything was great - from communication to accommodation. Gladly come back.

A very unique apartment with a flawless view of the Parliament, one of Budapest's main landmarks. The apartment has absolutely everything you might need during your stay. A special thanks to the host for the warm hospitality and the welcome drink. The only thing I would suggest is improving the cleaning quality — if you're sensitive to dust, you might experience some discomfort as there was a bit of dust present. Overall, the apartment is beautiful and the location is simply perfect. I’d definitely recommend staying here 100%!

Eni's place is perfect being away from the crazy crowds of tourists yet still only 15 minutes walk from everywhere. It's close to all the transport you need and the local neighbourhood is fabulous. The perfect base for a Budapest adventure!

Cozy small apartment with great views of the countryside! Because of the many leaves on the trees, the Danube directly behind it was not visible from the balcony as in the photos. But the river is really right behind the house: A recreation area with a beautiful walking path along the Danube. The surroundings are very quiet (apart from the construction site next door) and the city center is easily accessible by metro. We felt very comfortable!

It was an unforgettable experience and the owner was so nice!She was welcoming and helpful, and when we had difficulties, she helped us right away, drove us on a heavy rainy day to find the towed car, and then helped us translate.Thank you very much!The Chinese and Hungarian people have always had a traditional friendship, and the hostess is precisely representative of the good qualities of the Hungarian people, her kindness has given us the best feelings for Hungary, we will always remember her, remember this beautiful memory.Thank you very much!

We were with a group of friends. The house is very nice, clean and cozy. The view is amazing. The owners are kind, friendly, flexible. I would also like to come back with family:)

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

It was our first time in Hungary and we were delighted! Our Hosts, represented by the lovely and friendly Lea, created a perfect place for rest and relaxation: relatively close to the lake and nice restaurants, but at the same time far from the hustle and bustle - and only an hour's drive from Budapest! The house, which we visited in mid-April, is located in the middle of greenery. During the day it delights with views, a swimming pool and a cat, which has become part of our family - and at night... with the singing of a nightingale! We left there relaxed and with our nervous systems regulated. :) Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great stay! Very close to everything. There was construction out front when we stayed, but they didn’t start until late so it was very quiet. Would stay here again

Beyond the cleanliness of the accommodation and the rooftop where it's nice to settle at the end of the day, the location is perfect!! It is possible to have a delicious brunch 2 steps from the apartment, it is close to trams and metros to take to go crisscross the city... in short, an ideal base 🤩 Finally, the responsiveness of the host before and during the stay is remarkable!!

The apartment and the location were fantastic. Very comfortable and close to all attractions. The host is super responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to Budapest.

Excellent apartment, close to public transportation and within walking distance to Buda castle. George is a great host and we would definitely recommend his house!

The apartment is close to a metro station on line 2. So everything was easily accessible via it. There were plenty of breakfast cafes nearby and we were able to walk to the castle. There was a Spar at the U-Bahn station and a great view of the illuminated Parliament. It's wonderfully easy to pay anywhere (!!!) with the card.

We can only say good things about Andrea and the place. If we visit Budapest again, we will definitely book through Andrea again. Simple and recommended!
