pete’s place was beautiful! it is very well decorated and thoughtful. and pete is very helpful in getting a sense of the place and making sure i had what i needed, including helping me book a ferry! the house is a little closer to nearby homes than i expected and there are roosters that might wake you up in the morning but it’s well worth it, you’re in the middle of the beautiful koh lanta countryside!

What a fantastic place. This was our last stop on a 2 month trip & it stole the show. The property is bigger than the photos show. Each room has its own bathroom with an additional one just before the kitchen. The outside deck area (with hammock!) is amazing, we spent a lot of time watching the sea eagles & the local fisherman do their thing. As a family of 6 we can take up a lot of room but this place felt like everyone had space to be, without being ontop of each other. Jennifer is a fantastic hostess and helped with some pre arrival questions and gave us a good tour of the place on arrival. She provided loads of water and kitchen staples. When we had questions in the week she was quick to respond & kept us updated with activity on the island during our stay. Old town is quiet and well placed to reach the rest of the island. There are plenty of restaurants within a 5 min walk. Highly recommend "the restaurant next to 7-11" (that's its actual name). Would return in a heartbeat.

This place is a fantastic retreat! It's incredibly peaceful, with an atmosphere that makes your holiday feel chill, relaxing, and soothing. It's perfectly situated away from hectic and busy areas, providing a true escape. Mari is an excellent host—very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a serene getaway.

Lovely place! We (five adults and two infants) really enjoyed our time in this little oasis. The villa is charming, has great facilities and a nice pool area. Option to buy freshly baked bread every day was a nice touch. Worth noting it is located slightly remote. ~5 min walking distance to Kantiang Bay town, but along the main road and up a small remote road that gets dark in the evening.

Super uncomplicated check in/out. The place was very nice and the views are definitely worth the climb. However, it is definitely recommended to rent a scooter or an off-road car, as the slope up to the villa can be very strenuous. Otherwise, everything was as described and to our complete satisfaction :)

The villa is really beautiful, overlooking the most beautiful view in Kantiang bay. The pool is super nice and very well maintained, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, have a shower room for each room and really a plus. Pete is a great host, always at your service for any request or recommendation. He knows the island inside out. Pete runs a bar on the Kantiang Bay beach "WHY NOT BAR" where it's good to go there, a nice atmosphere and a great fire show. And if you want to remember, I can only advise you to go for a walk in the shop "Kiki Kohlanta" A magical place where you could only find your happiness.

Nice place, friendly host who helped with everything. You really feel like you are in nature, though there is a main road quite near. There is not much traffic and is mostly quiet. The bed is a bit firm, but not to extreme. We could check out a bit later, with no additional costs. Breakfast is included and nice. The host has a small bakery from which they serve nice croissants and a burger. For lunch and dinner you have a food court next to the hot spring entrance. The food there is ok, not expensive, but not great either. Fine if you stay a few days. You are at walking distance (about 700m) of the hot springs (very nice warm water), and it is about 10 min with a car to Emerald Pool.

It was my first time at Koh Lanta and unfortunately I stayed only for 2 days. Everything about the stay was perfect. Sara and her team are great hosts. I would love to come back and stay with them again! Thank you so much 🙏🏻

So beautiful, peaceful, and quiet! A lovely respite. Well stocked with absolutely everything you need. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Non helped with transfers which made everything so easy.
