Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Toyako, Abuta District

It’s a very nice place with good views from the house and it is near subway station and walkable to susukino. Convenience store is also just right downstairs across the road. Will definitely stay again if I’m in Sapporo again.

Really a great place for large families who want to be close to Sapporo Station and all the shopping area.

前日の夜中に訳あって急に翌日早めのチェックインが可能な宿が必要になり途方に暮れていたところAirbnbの存在を思い出し、初めてご利用させて頂きました。 結果として、なにからなにまで最高でした。 前日(というか既に日付変わって宿泊当日の)夜中にも関わらずレスポンスも早く、柔軟にご対応頂けて、尚且つ室内も写真通りのとても広くて綺麗な1LDK。 もうすぐ3歳になる娘も自宅のようにくつろいで過ごせておりました。 普段こういったレビューを書くタイプではないのですがあまりにも感動したのと運営者様方に感謝の気持ちも込めて書かせて頂きました。 また機会があれば是非次はゆっくり連絡でご宿泊させてください。 この度は誠に有難う御座いました。

我们是四个人入住，体验感非常好！首先房子位置距离地铁站非常近，边上还有全家便利店，地理位置非常棒。其次电器设备很齐全，有洗碗机、洗衣机、烘干机，厨具设备也都有，自己想做饭也就非常方便的。最后要说床品，床很柔软，美中不足是准备的都是单人床，并且床合并也比较困难，这对于夫妻来说有些许不友好。总体来说，这都是一个非常棒的住宿环境！！

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything I needed. The space itself was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The host was responsive and made sure everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

I was pleasantly surprised upon checking in—the space is exquisitely designed with great attention to detail. Every corner reflects Moreu’s dedication and refined aesthetic sense, making it a truly special place to stay. Moreu is an exceptional host—she proactively provides helpful information and responds quickly to any inquiries, which made me feel safe and well taken care of. This was especially reassuring as a solo traveler! The artwork on the walls appears to be Moreu’s own creations—I absolutely loved them and even wanted to buy one! Highly recommended, but please keep the space clean so everyone can enjoy it. I will definitely be back! :)

This apartment unit is very well equipped. I can tell Toshiko-san makes good efforts in providing the best staying experience for the guests. My family of four had a good rest in her cosy apartment.

To foreigners : I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs in Japan, but I can confidently say this is the best one in Sapporo. The place is extremely clean, and everything in central Sapporo is within a 10-minute walk. I was especially impressed by the water pressure, cozy, auto-temperature, and cleanliness of the bathroom. Also, thr place comes with every amenity you could need. If you’re traveling with a group, don’t hesitate to choose this place. Amazing guest house! We had a great stay at this 4-story house in Sapporo! Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, plus there’s an extra toilet on the living room floor. It’s ideal for a large group—plenty of shared space to enjoy together, while still offering privacy for each couple or family. The location is excellent—just a 1-minute walk to the subway, and there’s also a parking space on the ground floor (though the space is a bit tight for larger cars). The only challenge was the narrow staircase. Since it’s a 4-story house with no elevator and the first floor is only for parking and entrance, you’ll need to carry your luggage up to the living and bedroom floors. It can be a bit tricky with large suitcases. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-located stay—perfect for a group of up to 10 people. We’d happily stay again!

This Airbnb didn’t match its description… it was EVEN BETTER! From the listing I had no idea it would be so bouji. We walked into a newly build 3 story house with a garage with racks for skis and snowboards, heated gear/mudroom for drying ski clothes, then went to the 2nd story which also had a mudroom entrance, a HUGE master bedroom which took up most of the 2nd floor with its own private bathroom and a 2nd bedroom and bathroom on this floor. Then the 3rd floor had an awesome game room, beautiful living room and kitchen with every amenity you could need, 2 more bedrooms, and a toilet. It was very private with great views of Mt Yotei and Niseko United. The snow clearing is useful and efficient as they plow the driveway and shovel the front steps. This place really had it all and the hosts thought of everything. It’s amazing value for what you are getting and we easily fit 5 people with ample room. If I find myself in Niseko again I will absolutely be staying here.

We had such a great time staying here! We felt right at home and the place was so cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked for easy cooking and the shower/tub was fun.

The home is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Pierre was a great host. He is communicative, fast response, and very helpful. We hope can stay at the Teine Red House again someday in the future!

Clean, Convenient and Comfortable. That is the way to describe Y’s Stay. The house was spotless when we arrived! It’s conveniently located, only a 5 minute walk to JR Hassamu-Chuo station (3 stops to Sapporo station) and a 16 minute walk to Hassamuminami Subway station. The Daiichi grocery store and Tsuruha drug store is also a 7 minute walk away. We frequented Torasan, a quaint yakitori restaurant, for dinner after long days of sightseeing, only 1 minute away. Very relaxing. We enjoyed having morning coffee overlooking the serene Japanese garden and what we noted most was how quiet the house is. You could hear a pin drop. The large shower was great and the use of the washer/dryer allowed us to travel light. Yoshie was a great and responsive Host. Whenever, I contacted her, she responded immediately. No wonder she has such good ratings! If ever in Sapporo, we will definitely stay there again and will recommend it our friends and family.

Very hospitable hosts and extremely helpful and friendly. House has everything you need for a comfortable stay - ranging from basic necessities like clean towels to travel adaptors and big well sorted dustbins for your trash. Little surprise from the generous fridge treats as well from the hosts.

We had an amazing stay at this property for our first time in Niseko! The apartment looked just as beautiful as the photos with an awe-inspiring view of Mt. Yotei from the kitchen and living area. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable with heated towel rack, boot rack, and coat racks. It was very helpful to have access to the private shuttle service to get around town and to go to the ski resort. Service was wonderful and on one occasion our shuttle driver even took us to the police station when a member of our group lost his cellphone and needed to find it. There were also thoughtful touches such as plentiful coffee pods, a gifted sake, and a box of cookies that we enjoyed. We loved our stay and would love to come back again!

Clean, new, modern, and tucked away right by the action. Loved stopping by the food trucks on my short walk home. Would highly recommend!

l’appartement est fort agréable, très calme avec une vue imprenable et à proximité de la rue commerçante pour touristes certes mais très plaisante. L’accueil dans l’immeuble était très bien également. nous avons trouvé des petits restaurants pres du canal où nous avons été chaque fois extrêmement bien accueillis. nous recommandons cet arrêt à Otaru.
