We had a pleasant stay as a couple in this accommodation nestled in nature. The setting is peaceful, green, ideal for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle. The beautifully maintained garden is inhabited by charming animals (chickens, turkeys, goats, etc.) that bring a bucolic and very soothing touch to the whole. A beautiful break of tranquility that we recommend without hesitation!

Beautiful cottage 💫✨ We were greeted with the crackling wood fire making the atmosphere cozy. We were very touched by this. Jean-Pierre and Chantal are very responsive, available and excessively charming. The house is beautiful, the garden is sublime and very wooded. The creek was our children's favorite. The environment is quiet and green. A real enchanted break! Thanks 🤩 We will come again!

We spent the whole weekend with my family in the largest home in Virginia. This one was only for sleeping. However, everything went very well. Peaceful and charming environment.

Warm gîte conducive to beautiful family reunions. Everything is beautiful and impeccable, both the large garden and the interior, beautiful living room with fireplace, spacious bedrooms, very well-equipped kitchen... this cottage breathes the joy of living, we are far from soulless rentals! The environment is very peaceful, beautiful forest 200 m away (we were lucky enough to see 2 deer). Shops 5min drive. Isabelle welcomed us very warmly and is very available. For me, the best rental cottage with the added bonus of great value for money.

As soon as you step through the door, you feel safe and pampered. And we felt great there! This place is conducive to rest. And for good reason, everything was done with care: the hospitality, decor and bedding (not least) were great! We thank our host, Alexis, for his kindness. We'll be happy to go back because this week spent here was nothing but relaxation and rejuvenation. The cottage is ideally located in this beautiful city. The Alpes Mancelles were a real favorite. This Airbnb is great for a weekend with family or friends in the countryside. The house is large, pretty, very well-equipped and clean. The pool is heated and very clean. The exteriors are pleasant and spacious. The common areas of the house are spacious and well-equipped. The bathrooms are clean and there are two, which is very nice when there are many of us. The rooms are large and can accommodate between 2 and 4 people. We had a lovely weekend and will definitely be back!

Very good welcome by Vanessa and her husband whom we thank for their kindness and flexibility for our arrival and departure. The house, its different terraces, the size of the land, its swimming pool invite total relaxation which was our goal. The quiet and peaceful environment is a luxury. We took advantage of the bikes to wander through the pretty countryside. Essentials on site which is appreciated.

We had a great week at this place to stay. When we arrived, the house was spotless and well equipped. The location is ideal, close to a forest and a charming village with bakery, cafe, restaurant, tobacco and grocery store. Lidl, Action and Marché U supermarkets are only a 10 minute drive away. Sophie, our host, was very available by phone, and Sylvain, the neighbor, welcomed us warmly with great advice on the area. We took full advantage of the spa, pool and ping pong table. The kids had fun with the bikes, toys, and swing. Don't miss the BBQ and ice dispenser! Note that a little extra charge for electricity is to be provided for the spa, heated pool and other facilities that consume more. I would highly recommend this place to families looking for a peaceful and green setting.

Very nice welcome, Joël and his wife are always available for any questions, guided tour of the house with his wife. It's so much nicer to have a presence on arrival than a key box. The neighborhood is nice, the walks are quiet. I recommend for people who want to be in peace (really quiet), walks in the forest on foot or by bike. I don't regret anything and I'll be back. The studio matches the description, very peaceful place you can hear no noise at all during the 2 nights we spent there, there are several shops nearby, as well as restaurants. Located 50 minutes from Le Mans circuit. Netflix and wiffi very convenient especially when you have children. Private parking in the courtyard of the building is an advantage, but there is also the possibility of parking in front of the building.

My wife & I spent a week in this wonderful countryside cottage, we wish we had booked longer. An idyllic location, comfortable and welcoming character cottage which instantly felt homely. The cottage is well equipped even down to a coffee maker and outdoor grill. We could not have asked for more. A superb location for simply relaxing in the garden, walking the forest paths or visiting surrounding towns and villages. Whether you want to explore or relax this property provides you with the opportunity with its location. Despite the country setting it is easy to get to and just a few minutes from Alençon and the motorway. We shall return next year for a longer period. Veronique & Christian are fabulous hosts who were attentive and responded quickly to every query. We are very grateful to Veronique and Christian for allowing us to stay in this wonderful home.

We had a great time, quiet and relaxing! The cottage, clean and well laid out, has a charming garden, perfect for pets. We particularly enjoyed the natural environment, surrounded by animals and in the countryside: a real breath of fresh air. The location is also great, within walking distance of the Alpes Mancelles, perfect for beautiful day walks.
