Axel’s place was in a great location for people looking to be within walking distance of great restaurants and nice shops and bakeries. It had a good amount of space for a family. He was a great host. Very helpful and responsive. Although there is no designated parking, we were able to find street parking within a reasonable walking distance.

Hélène and Frédéric's accommodation matches what is presented. We had a great time enjoying the jacuzzi area and the small gym. Self check-in went very well and hosts remain available as needed. We recommend without a problem!

The listing is as described. The apartment is welcoming, furnished and decorated with taste. It is within walking distance to the city center. This is an excellent choice to visit Caen on foot leaving the car at the parking lot. Keep in mind for future weekends. Thank you to Louis and Alice for the precise instructions and our exchanges.

I went with my 2 daughters, 10 and 12 years old, very pleasant and well-equipped accommodation. Very welcoming and flexible for check-in and checkout times. you can go there with your eyes closed. Thank you for everything.

The accommodation is very well located (ground floor) and you have everything you need inside with a small + its small open terrace. Nothing to say... Otherwise Thérèse and Daniel are very responsive for any additional information.

Nice apartment, location is ideal, on the 2nd floor with no lift. It was a different appartement from the photos (looks like they have 4) but we’ll equiped and similar. It a quiet location very central and was clean

the place was well arranged and very functional it was nice to stay there. It feels like home. The fridge and cupboards were filled with something to help us out (eggs, butter, orange juice, rice...) Be careful, this is what is considered "breakfast" (maybe its only defect if there should be one) The owners are very responsive to our feedback, warm and concerned about our home. If we have a chance, we will come back

I stayed at this place for 4 weeks. It is well located right next to Caen's shopping streets and the hyper center. Clean and in very good condition, it feels comfortable. In addition, it is quiet and the underground parking included is a significant bonus. Madalen was responsive every time I had a question or there was a question about the accommodation. We had a great time in Nicole's house: very large, with all the necessary amenities (if you like to cook, you will find everything you need); family home spirit, with many books and games available, all decorated and comfortable, with a very large beautiful and well-maintained garden. The Domaine is a real joy, in the forest, with amenities that we took advantage of, such as the heated indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and the "castle". The location is perfect for visiting the area: 25 minutes from Deauville or Cabourg, 45 minutes from the Caen Memorial, and a little more to see the landing beaches. We highly recommend Nicole's house for a vacation not quite like the others, in a very privileged setting:)

Brigitte's home is lovely. We are a family of 10, 6 adults and 4 teenagers celebrating a special birthday and anniversary. The house was perfect for us. The location was peaceful with open views of fields from the garden. The pool was amazing, we all enjoyed fun times in there. The Sauna was very much appreciated after the activities in the pool. We also enjoyed the Football and Table Tennis and the bikes. We biked to Merville where there are a few shops including a bakery. We also enjoyed a bike ride to Pegagus Bridge and The Battery at Merville. The house is perfectly located for D Day beaches and other historical sites. The kitchen was very well equipped and loved cooking on the BBQ. It was lovely meeting Verione who was waiting to greet us at the house. We all had a fantastic holiday. Thank you. Anne

Laëtitia is an absolutely perfect host! She is responsive, very accommodating and really friendly. His warm welcome and smile immediately made us feel comfortable. She introduced us to her beautiful home, and gave us plenty of directions to the surrounding area. She is very involved to ensure that the stay goes as well as possible for her hosts. Above all, every small detail of his house is neat and thought out for the well-being of its tenants. The house is absolutely impeccable, the decoration very neat, the bedding of high quality and the services of the accommodation are exceptional, inside and out. We feel that she has thought of everything to take care of her guests. There's nothing missing, it even gives ideas and cravings for activities thanks to all its amenities (spa, gym, foosball, reading nook, outdoor games...). We lived an unforgettable moment, in a little paradise created and thought by Laëtitia, her guardian angel.

The house was spotless and comfortable, as described on the site. The location is perfect for visiting the area. The garden is ideal for coming with a dog safely. Thanks to Paul-Edouard for hosting us and for his attentiveness, we felt right at home! We'll be happy to go back!
