The apartment is located separately with own entrance. The furnishings with a sofa bed, small table and two chairs, household utensils and a smaller sink and fridge. To let go of everyday life, put down your cell phone, and be left behind by what's all around. Modern and charming little residence with large balcony and central location in Östersund. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with evening and afternoon sun. Total renovation was carried out in 2023, access to your own combined washing and drying machine, in the kitchen there are all necessities except dishwasher. The apartment is located in one of Östersund's quieter areas but only 5 minutes walk from the city center.
