Loft on the top floor with excellent view and sun position. Great location: Cal beach, three blocks from the sea and Guarita Park. Minimalist atmosphere, seeks to provide rest and coziness. It has air conditioning, a ceiling fan and Wi-Fi. TV 43" com Prime Video, Max, Netflix, Disney+, Star+, Globoplay and Youtube. Coffee maker for Nespresso capsules and 2 bikes. Private garage, elevator and party room with barbecue next to the terrace. Let the memories begin.

The Loft was designed for the greatest comfort, with custom-made furniture, new household appliances, blender, electric coffee maker, electric bottle, fruit juicer, toaster, thermos, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner. Located 300 meters from Praia da Cal, and Guarita Park, the most beautiful nature of Torres. The location is really excellent, close to a mini-market, bakery, butcher shop and bakery. Also nearby is an excellent pizzeria, Srº. & Srª Lucchese.

Kitnet zero km at Cal Beach. 50 meters from the beach.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Fully furnished kitnet with swimming pool in the leisure area, 50 meters from the nicest beach in Torres. Close to Morro do Farol and Parque da Guarita. Ap set up in Sep/23. NOTE: It is a double bed and a sofa bed. The location on the site is not matching reality. The loft is 50 meters from the sea, on Rua Cruzeiro do Sul.
