Vacation rentals with a patio in Torreira

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and well furnished. Great mattress :) The metro to downtown stops just a block away - São Bento and downtown Porto is just 3 or 4 stops away. There is a supermarket very close by, and cafes and little restaurant good for quick and affordable food, coffee and pastries. Maria Angela arranged for overnight parking of our rental car about a block away, for a pretty affordable price.

If you are going to Ovar or need a place between Porto and Aveiro, you MUST book this space. Adriana is so lovely and kind. You feel like you're at home just with her presence. The place was spotless and exactly as pictured although the bed looked smaller in the photos and we were delighted that it was a giant king. We loved our stay. Our daughter loved the backyard space and the daybed. She slept like she was at home, and that rarely happens. Adriana gave us recommendations and told us where local shops were. The apartment is on an adorable street without cars and that was sweet to walk right out into the action, but it wasn't crowded by cars.

Excellent property in a prime location. Easy access to all major sites within walking distance, and a very convenient parking lot right next door. We have stayed in several different apartments in Porto, but this one felt like a much more authentic experience and not a cookie cutter remodel like many other listings. Highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting Porto.

Great hosts! Cleaners forgot an extra set of towels for our third guest and the owners came straight away to drop it off, no hassle at all. They also surprise made up the sofa bed after we asked for linen which was a nice touch. Space was clean and very conveniently located / easy to find & self check in. Hosts very responsive in communication and shared interesting facts about her area and a local guide, which actually had some great spots! Would stay again!

Terrace place is an enchanting part of Gaia. You will immediately feel at home. The apartment is very clean and cosy. Restaurants, markets and vineries are close by. You can do a lot of things on foot but public transport is easy to reach, too, as are boats or the cable car. Communication with Terrace was very quick and efficient. The view over to Porto's Old Town from the sun deck was incredible. We definitely had a great time and will book again whenever we come to Porto.

Spacious, clean airbnb. Had all the amenities from the description. Clear communication upfront, checking in was very easy. Good location; short walk to restaurants, supermarket, shops, the bridge etc. The rooms don't face the street so there's barely any outside noise. The terrace/garden with lounge set was also very nice.

Tout était parfait ! Il nous a fournit un lit de bébé et une chaise haute. Communication avec Pedro était facile. La terrasse est incroyable, le logement était propre. Je recommande :)

Lekkert, nyrenovert og velutstyrt studio. Alt var på stell. Vi fant oss godt til rette. Hyggelig å kunne innta frokost på den lille balkongen. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

We’ve had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment. Stunning views, nice pool and Pedro is the best Airbnb host you can get. Would love to come back here some day.

We had an excellent stay at Luis place for three nights, exploring Porto. The views were sensational and sleep very peaceful. It is very walkable to the main area. We had noticed some previous comments about it being far away……it is not and for active people, you will welcome the walk into town. We will definitely be back!

This was a wonderful Airbnb with a great location. The layout of the house was very nice, with thoughtful design woven in throughout. The location was very convenient for walking by foot to restaurants or visiting the downtown. I wish I could have stayed longer :)!

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en familia en la casa de Joao. Es un lugar realmente especial, con un diseño arquitectónico muy cuidado y una preciosa decoración. La casa es amplia, muy luminosa y armónica, lo que facilita una magnífica convivencia. El patio-jardín es un lugar inmejorable para leer, charlar o darse un baño, muy calmado y silencioso. Y el bosquecillo que lo rodeo pone la guinda si quieres darte un pequeño paseo. La atención de Joao fue siempre inmejorable, ¡muchas gracias!

Ruben est un hôte adorable. Il a été accueillant dès notre arrivée, nous a conseillé des lieux à visiter et où se restaurer. Il faudrait des hôtes comme lui plus souvent

When we first saw Mario’s place and the fact it was a perfect five stars from all previous guests - it was difficult to believe. But we immediately upon arrival understood why this was a perfect 5 stars…this is an incredibly special property - from the streams, waterfalls, history as an olive press, trails, peacefulness - this place was absolutely one of a kind. All in our group agreed this place, of all the places we’ve stayed in the world, was truly truly special….if we could give more than 5 stars - we would. Mario and Cila were fantastic hosts and incredibly responsive and the amenities and nice touches throughout made us feel right at home - better than home. Such a wonderful stay.

Uma estadia absolutamente inesquecível! A casa é de tirar o fôlego – lindíssima, confortável, cheia de charme e com tudo o que é preciso para relaxar e aproveitar. Mas o que torna este lugar ainda mais especial é o anfitrião: extremamente atencioso, presente e genuinamente preocupado com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. Tivemos um problema com o carro durante a viagem e ele foi incansável a ajudar-nos, com uma generosidade que não se encontra facilmente. Mais do que uma estadia, vivemos uma experiência. Sentimo-nos cuidados, em segurança e profundamente gratos por tudo. Recomendo de coração esta casa – quem tiver a sorte de cá ficar, vai entender o que é verdadeira hospitalidade. Um lugar que fica na memória… e no coração!

This place was super clean. kitchen well organized. Location was superb...close to the Se Cathedral and also the bridge. there are 4 bedrooms which is very hard to find. There was no street noise and the Views were great from the balcony and host was kind enough to provide complimentary port wine and cookies.

Een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit bijzondere appartement! De inrichting is met veel smaak gedaan en de kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel. Binnen was het heerlijk van temperatuur, ook tijdens warme dagen. Absolute hoogtepunt: de rooftop-keuken met zwembad – een geweldige plek om te ontspannen, te koken en te genieten van het zonnetje (of de natuurlijke schaduw). We hebben hier een heerlijke dag doorgebracht. Dankjewel voor de gastvrijheid, we komen graag nog eens terug!

An amazing place to stay! The flat was lovely and clean, shower was nice and big and the bed was super comfy. Made the most of it being a ground floor flat by sunbathing just outside the little patio area and walking straight to the pool for a dip. Also a great location to walk into town for either the beach, shops or restaurants. Not too far to walk to the supermarket for food either. Adelina was always super quick to reply to messages, and was exceptionally friendly and helpful anytime we did message. Cannot recommend enough!!

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

This property was clearly remodeled and it stands out compared to other properties in Portugal. During my 8 day vacation I stayed in 4 different properties in the same country and this was the best one. The communication with the host was great, she usually responds very quickly. Property was clean and very close to some attractions of Porto. I would certainly recommend it and would return to it if I have the chance.

Wij hebben 3 nachten doorgebracht in het appartement. Het is een perfecte getaway van alle drukte en rumoer van de stad. Er zijn twee airco's en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Het appartement is schoon en de locatie is echt perfect. Het appartement heeft ook een smal balkon om op te zitten of een frisse neus te halen. De ramen zijn goed verduisterend voor een fijne nachtrust en je heb weinig geluidsoverlast van de buren. Je loopt zo naar de metro haltes of richting het oude centrum. Ook ligt het aan de rand van een leuke wijk met veel restaurants, bars en cafés. Kortom, ik zou het appartement 100% aanraden.

Rodrigo was a very attentive host. Suggested sights to visit and great restaurants. We did have an issue with no hot water Wednesday night and contacted Rodrigo. After to trying to reset the heater, and no luck he had a service technician along with himself at the unit at 5pm the next day. The technician could not repair the hot water heater and said he had to order a new board, needless to say he was unable to get the part before our checkout on Saturday. The issue was not Rodrigo’s fault as we know these things happen, however no hot water for 3days is a major inconvenience. Rodrigo was very apologetic and offered us a “fair” compensation for our inconvenience. I assume it will be processed through Airbnb. Our host Rodrigo was an attentive, friendly and a nice person. His home was extremely comfortable for 3 adults and would definitely recommend it.
