I had an amazing stay at Ariani's place! The unit was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to Ateneo Senior High School, making it easy to explore the area.

Superb comfortable stay here! Mostly due to the caretakers Analyn, Mhyl and family. Friendly and easy to communicate. Can take care of any needs and are always giving food treats, like pancit and other things, yummy and thanks. This is my second stay here. First in Feb 2024 and now March 2025. So far, I am expected to return next year. It's a peaceful, lovely, gated community with close access to everything. Thanks Michael as I truly enjoyed my full month accommodations here.

I stayed at this Airbnb recently and had a wonderful time. Even though there was a last-minute change, the host handled it well and made sure my stay was comfortable. The place was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. The host was really helpful, and the location was convenient. Throughout my stay, the host was helpful and available if I needed anything. It was roomy and good for a big group traveling. I wish there were cooking implements but overall our stay was very cozy and comfortable.

We booked and stayed at Aiza's place, twice, last year (2024). Why? Because the place is clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and has the amenities we need. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is conveniently located near eating and shopping areas. Best of all - Aiza is a very responsive host, addressing and resolving any concerns and questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area!

We had a great stay. Our car did not fit in the parking area of the house since it's big but good thing there's a basketball court 20 steps away from the house so we parked it there. thank you ma'am Mercy.

Sir Floro and their caretaker are very responsive. Despite the sudden booking, they were able to accommodate us seamlessly.

Judy’s place is perfect for family gathering, it has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 9-10 people has 3 bath rooms with water heater and AC in each room provided. The house is roomy and spacious, a covered front patio that we can do BBQ and hangout. A classy marbke round table with lazy Susan’s good for 10 people. Over all the house was homey that provide comfort, convenience, a little of lux, and a lot of satisfaction. Thank you Ms Juvy for letting us stay in your house. We truly enjoyed and happy with our stay. Your place becomes an instrument in our family memory making. Thank you.

We loved our time at Victorias house its a very warm and charming house with large floorplan and tasteful decor that makes it feel like your own home during your stay... We arrived to lit candles which was highly appreciated by my girlfriend... There was also fresh cut tropical plants in vases throughout the house... Kitchen is highly stocked for those who love to cook... Linens also fully stocked with all your needs... Victoria was a pleasure to be around and she became quick friends with my girlfriend... we will be staying with her next time we are in Davao... Highly recommend... 5 stars *****

We had a great stay even though our request to check in is abrupt the host managed the situation well. The place is very nice, the aesthetics is super pleasing in the eye, it's clean, kitchenware is complete, aircon is functional, and the host is kind and accommodating. 10/10 from us! we will definitely come back :)

very nice condo with a good size bedroom and lounge&kitchen , exactly as it looks in the photos ,good WiFi and has a smart TV ,kitchen has all u need . The place itself has a good pool and has a little gym and it's only a short ride to the shopping malls and has fast food places and a 711 in walking distance. Great location and ideal if Its your first time in davao

Responsive host. The living and dining area is quite tight for 6 persons but the entire unit is fine. Bedrooms were spacious enough and comfy. Condiments were available and free to use. Smoking is allowed in the balcony which is convenient for smokers. We encountered issue during checkout but the host was professional and understanding throughout the ordeal. My apologies again to the host for what happened.

This place is such a hidden gem that I'm extending my stay. The internet is fast and reliable especially for me who connects through Ethernet for professional reasons. The room is on a quiet side and you can see the adjacent Abreeza Mall on the right side. Floor 9 has a gym and a pool. Abreeza Mall is literally the next building, so it's less than 3 minutes to arrive there. The staff in the building is very friendly. The room looks modern, and the host arranged for paid weekly full cleaning. The bed is firm and new, and good to help with back pain. The heat of the shower is above mild which was acceptable. The Air Con is good to make the space feel fresh. And all delivery whether from Grab or Lazada found the place easily, and there is a designated area for them to leave their deliveries next to the reception. Truly a peaceful modern well decorated space that is worth the money.
