The apartment is conveniently located in the village of Basse-Goulaine with local shops within walking distance. This apartment is tastefully decorated and has a great terrace to enjoy the beautiful weather. Frankly, nothing to say except that you can go there without so much as a second thought. We came just for one night, nice place (even if loud music not very far) we slept well the mattresses are very comfortable. The pass pass system is also very easy. We'll be happy to go back

Very nice house and good value for the money! Close to Puy du Fou, small supermarket within walking distance. Only small downside but seen with the owner, it says that there are utensils including charcoal to make a barbecue but it is not provided to be provided if you want to make a barbecue 😁

Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.

We were hosted very well by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. This listing's location allows you to discover and visit Nantes and its surroundings in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both household appliances and outing ideas was very helpful to us. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) made available to us for breakfast.
