A wonderful little miner’s cottage located in the village of Llanhilleth in Blaenau Gwent. It's just a couple of minutes off the A467 bypass (A467 is NOT 20mph from M4 J28). Great for visiting the local tourists attractions, such as the UNESCO Blaenavon World Heritage center, the Brecon Beacons, castles, roman ruins and St. Fagans. Fast road to the M4 if visiting the coast. Dogs are welcome. Free on street parking and the local valley train to Cardiff Central Station just 6 mins walk away.

It is just 20 minutes to the Beacons and nestled into one of the prettiest wooded hillsides in the area. The house itself is pleasant, warm and welcoming, providing everything you could need for your stay. The lower floor has oak floors, while the upper floor has toasty wool carpets for a cosy stay. We are less than 20 miles from Cardiff City. Within a 1 Hr drive, you can reach Cardiff Bay, Wye Valley, Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons (Bannau Brycheiniog) Forest of Dean, Bristol and Hereford. A little further, approx and hour and 20 mins you can visit beautiful beaches and towns in the Mumbles and The Gower.

A lovely rear garden to relax in which is an absolute sun trap. Minutes walk from the Mon and Brecon Canal. 10 mins drive to Cwmbran, 20 minutes to Newport. The Brecon Beacons are a short drive away and Cardiff City is just a 20 min train ride. Station is 15 mins walk.
