Le Petit Ruisseau, lovely comfortable holiday home

Situated in a small hamlet just outside the historic town of Domfront in the Normandy countryside this lovely holiday home consists of a large kitchen diner with fireplace and a lounge with a fireplace with wood burner on the ground floor. On the first floor are two light and airy en-suite double bedrooms, one has bunk beds. All rooms have views of the large garden that surrounds the property with several seating areas and a graveled terrace for outside dining. Plunge pool available in summer.

Once the village bank, it has been lovingly transformed into an intimate and quirky cottage from where you can explore the beautiful French countryside, immortalized by the famous French Artists, Pissaro and Piet. Close to the small, but vibrant market town of Lassay Les Chateaux, a visit to the 14th C chateau, and local boulangeries is essential. With the Musee de Cidre on your doorstep, there is plenty to see and do.

The Christabelle

La Christabelle is a unique tranquil getaway gîte loaded with charm and character. It is an example of a traditional Normandie timber frame cottage that invites you to relax. Here you will be happy to watch the sunrise and then wait for the beautiful sunset and feel completely at ease. Civilisation is only a short drive away, however, and in just a couple of minutes the neighbouring village has all of your sustenance needs. Please come to enjoy La Christabelle.

Our cottage is in a carefully renovated outbuilding. You have upstairs a bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom upstairs, overlooking a large terrace with panoramic views of the orchard and Sur Domfront en Poiraie (located 5 km away). On the ground floor, accessible from the outside, a complete kitchen with fireplace and at your disposal. Garden of 5000s. Close to the Velofrancette and Veloscénie greenways. Breakfast and evening meals optional.

The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.

Le Gîte du Bocage

Le Gîte du Bocage, nestled in a green setting, awaits you for a well-deserved rest, or as a starting point for your adventures (cycling, canoeing...). Perfect for a family, our children will happily share their play area in the trees (ladder, zip line, swing), leaving the panoramic terrace free for parents' BBQ. Our chickens will be delighted to receive additional petting. We will be here for any information or help!

Zen and soothing atmosphere. The cottage also has bikes to enjoy our beautiful scenery. Carport.

Mini gîte "Le petit fournil" in Normandy

Our old bakery is part of our farmhouse. On the ground floor, it is equipped with an equipped kitchen and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, an attic bedroom has 3 separate beds. Outside, our guests have access to a private terrace with garden furniture. For breakfast, we offer bread made on the farm from cereals grown by us. Close to the greenway, walkers will appreciate this stopover.
