Edson and Nair's space is exactly as described in the listing. It is well equipped with kitchen utensils, barbecue, etc. Pool maintenance is done daily. The space was clean and well taken care of. The location, in fact, is a little far from the center, but only about a 10-minute drive. So, it is recommended to have a car to get around. Communication with Edson is very good, because he always responds quickly and courteously. In short, we really liked the treatment we received. When we arrived there was a treat left for us, which certainly added to the experience we had. Note that hosts are people who like to host and this makes a big difference in the guest experience. We appreciate the courtesy with which we were treated and, certainly, if we have a new opportunity, we will stay again in Edson and Nair's space.

We had an amazing stay at Camila’s place. Milene, the housekeeper, was absolutely amazing. She took great care of us, the house was always impeccable and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back!

Our stay at Gustavo's place was sensational! I regret not renting more days. The house is exactly as in the description, I would say that even better. air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, all clean and very well cared for, super spacious and the garden is a charm, we love the corner of the pool to make a family barbecue. The high point is the location, practically foot in the sand, you can sleep listening to the noise of the waves in the air, the house is close to the restaurants bora bora and the beijupira, we enjoy the natural pools a lot, all this without having to take the car out of the garage, the city of tamandare is not far from the car to go quickly and has all the market structure, pharmacy and everything else we need, in addition to Gustavo was super asked to send me a message asking if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Anyway was a wonderful experience and it was worth it to be in a place that usually only arrives paying for tours or Day use. Awesome!

We had a great time. This place will have made our vacation unforgettable. The pool is fantastic. The beautiful and well-maintained garden. The house is clean the interior spaces are large. We enjoyed the barbecue and the beach with private access for the whole neighborhood. Fully secure neighborhood. We loved it. The kids too.

The house is great, super equipped, large rooms, all new, clean and organized. The host Laudilene always solicitous, as well as the homemade Clodoaldo. The days at Ivan's house were excellent!!!! My family and I were surprised by the architecture of the house, all in very good taste, spacious and comfortable rooms! The kitchen space and the utensils met our needs perfectly!!! The dining table is beautiful! The swimming pool near the barbecue, several tables, chairs and hammocks were essential to ensure leisure comfort. The air-conditioned rooms work perfectly well. Only pointing out that the sea in the front is a little bravio, it is not so good for bathing (especially children), but great for hiking contemplating the island of Santo Alexo on the horizon. We even took a day out of our holiday to get to know the island and we had an amazing experience, I recommend the tour! I only have compliments to make, the days we spent there were incredible and Ivan gave all the support.

Our stay was quite quiet and met our need. The house has a cozy atmosphere, with nature helping to maintain the relaxation we needed. Kitchen equipped with everything we need and the sleeping facilities with the air conditioning and light at the point of our expectations. Were wonderful days we spent there and I strongly recommend it to friends, with families in search of tranquility and warmth.

It was incredible days, a True beauty paradise natural of the beaches and something indescribable , the house simply met all our needs the cordiality nor spoken, we were envisaged to drink coconut water harvested in the garden itself, which by the way was chosen our favorite place of the house always very well taken care of, allowing us to receive a visit from the native monkeys, butterflies, birds…Finally we quickly know dona Lúcia than in the same way as his very gentle Moacir. The house of Porto is wonderful, were quiet days watered with a lot of peace and quiet. Everything was wonderful, exactly as described , literally standing in the sand, perfect for enjoying with family and friends. The kitchen is a charm apart, typical of a summer house, the very spacious and comfortable rooms with a beautiful view of the sea. From the viewpoint we can enjoy a beautiful view from the entire length of the beach of Maracaipe. Thamara and Leonardo's town of Thamara and Leonardo are extremely helpful .

The house is exactly like in the pictures. Very cozy, well decorated and with good lighting! Everyone was very helpful and Juliana helped with everything I needed. A great option for those with children!

I had a great experience at Lucio's house. The residence is very well equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a peaceful stay. The rooms have air-conditioning, ensuring pleasant nights even on the hottest days. The kitchen is complete, with a microwave, sandwich maker, plates, cutlery and brand new glasses, as well as a water purifier that provides cold water with a quality similar to mineral water. The leisure area is a great advantage: spacious, with a clean barbecue and a very well-maintained swimming pool. The pool attendant even makes daily visits to make sure everything is always in order. The house accommodates guests very well, is located less than 300 meters from the beach and has several shops nearby, including the Arcomix supermarket, which is a few minutes' walk away. The street is quiet, not very busy and conveys security. I highly recommend Lúcio's house for those seeking peace, comfort and moments of relaxation. I will definitely be back

The house is very good, even better than the listing. We were greeted with kindness and warmth. The sea bath just a few meters away is very nice, but we opted for a walk and find paradisiacal places for delicious dives. The housekeeper, Mr. Marcos was always available and very requested. Surely Guilherme's space will go into my family's favorites.

The renata house is as advertised, everything impeccable, from the reception of the homemakers, to the cleaning of the environment, linens, mtos kitchen utensils, the whole house is beautiful, it also offers an extra service, if the client wishes, which is a wonderful speedboat ride to the island of santo aleixo, you have to check with it the values. She is super helpful, she helped us in everything, without measuring efforts, so that our stay would be the most used, what I liked the most was the respect, the communication and the humanity of renata, feel confident in closing a deal with her, everything is as advertised and even more.
