You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

We had the most wonderful stay here at the beach house. We had family over from the UK and family travel down from up the coast and we all stayed in the big, wonderful house all together. It’s a great place to stay if there are a few of you and especially if you have children, or if you just want to be somewhere relaxing and beautiful. The kids bunk bed room was a big hit for our kids and all the water activity toys too! The garden literally steps onto the beach and the balcony overlooks the headland and the crashing waves, it is stunning. Just a short stroll away is a cute little bakery with great coffee and there are a few restaurants and shops if you need necessities. My family and I all had a trip to remember!

caves beach is absolutely beautiful and the Williams house is in a perfect location. Two beaches very close by and walkable and plenty other activities to do in the surrounding. The house is perfectly set up for families with kids and the views are stunning. We actually thought the pictures do not do the views and house justice.

Wonderful place to stay and met all our needs. Craig’s house is in the perfect spot for the beach and the other activities we were there for. Craig was so easy to deal with and was so responsive and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a spot in The Entrance

We enjoyed our stay and spending time with family at the beautiful, well appointed Caves Beach House. We enjoyed having breakfast at the deck, looking towards the beach. We also enjoyed walking to Caves restaurant and to Caves Beach from the house. Thank you for hosting us, Sue!

The location is perfect for a relaxing beachside family holiday. So much to do in this area including surfing, swimming, walking, hiking and golf. Cafes are great. The bus service is excellent so no need to drive anywhere. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Daniel and Sasha’s property in Picketts Valley, what a gorgeous home it is. Everything is just like the photos. We enjoyed every bit of our stay here. With a large family catch up, their place had plenty of space and so much to do for the kids. Apart from the kids swimming in the heated pool and feeding the cutest little ponies every day, the bottom level of the house is a kids playroom. With something to do for all ages. The kids were so entertained. We are a family who love to cook, so the kitchen was fabulous. Lots of boards for a grazing table and a glass of wine in the afternoon watching the sunset with beautiful views. We appreciated the attention to detail and the simple things provided by Daniel and Sasha that made our stay really relaxing. We will be booking with them again. Thanks for making our 4 day break so enjoyable!

Wonderful holiday home and host. We had a fab time. The home is Super close to beach with a short easy walk, and nestled in a quiet pocket. It’s just minutes walk to the surf club cafe or Avoca and Terrigal restaurants and shops by car. The home is well designed and thoughtfully equipped, I was able to host my Martha Stewart inspired luncheon! Beds were comfy and the bathrooms spacious. Entertainment was endless with board games, pool and table tennis plus tv streaming. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends. Adrian the gracious host is friendly and quick to communicate. This stay was Airbnb at its best. We’ll be back!

6 friends enjoying an annual getaway found Anna’s fabulous home the perfect place to escape for the weekend. Beautifully appointed, comfortable & very tastefully decorated with everything you need to make your getaway special. The landscaping and pool were a bonus and the proximity to the beach wonderful. Angela, you have a beautiful house! Kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped with lots of cooking utensils, condiments, herbs and spices. One small downside was the squeaky doors which can be easily fixed with WD40. Waking up early every morning without waking the family was a struggle. I believe those white circles things on the walls are night lights? None of them were working. Very hard to see at night. Overall a great place and would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a nice and relaxing beach holiday. Beach is 5mins drive and a brand new playground was just recent built.

Comfortable small home in a beautiful location overlooking the beach. We appreciated the quiet, natural surroundings, with just a few minutes walk to the beach. Kylie was a proactive and responsive host. It was a wonderful experience and we would have liked to stay longer.

We love the cottage Pearl Beach for our family weekend away. Perfect for 4 couples. Plenty of outdoor space and undercover area if wet. We love the easy walk to the beach, bush, tennis court and don’t leave Pearl Beach. Thanks for the extra luxuries like lovely towels, lotions, candles and bubbly.

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

Absolutely loved staying at Belinda’s place with our extended family for the week. Beautiful spot tucked away in Pearl Beach, an easy stroll down to the beach, and an incredible house with plenty of space for all the kiddos and adults. Belinda’s house was very well appointed - stylishly renovated, well-thought out design with beautiful furnishings. We had a great week (despite some heavy rain!) and look forward to staying again soon.

The house is excellent, well-maintained, and well-supplied with necessary items. The large and comfortable bedrooms are a significant benefit. It's a fantastic spot if nature and beaches are your purpose. I would be more than happy to rent again.
