Very pleasant stay in this charming house located on a cute little street. The place is spacious and comfortable. It feels like a home away from home. It is less than 20mn on foot from the train station and ferries to the islands. Hosts were super kind, very responsive and gave us good recommendations about nearby restaurants.

The check-in procedure and the procedure for unlocking the front door when you enter and exit took a little time, but otherwise it was very smooth!Thank you very much. The whole place was very clean, and I was very satisfied with the games available! The location was also easy to understand, close to Kuririn Park! I stopped by on my way to the Onamuchi Footpath.Thank you very much.

YADO Whole House (Arty Renovated Traditional Home)

TomRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Jen and Ono’s AirBNB stands out. Not many AirBNBs like this exist any more! Jen was incredibly generous and knowledgeable with her recommendations and insight. It was our third time on Naoshima and we still learned a lot and appreciated some incredible tips. The space itself was homely, clean and lovely, and was a great base for the four of us to explore from. We feel grateful to have stayed here. Thank you Jen and Ono!

Tiny House. Loft& Log house in Okayama

JamieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This was by far our favourite place to stay throughout our trip to Japan. Boo was the most attentive host I've ever had, and she was extremely friendly and assisted us with getting a taxi on our way out. The log house was wonderful and provided everything you needed. It also had a very quiet and homely atmosphere. It's a steep walk from the station, so I'd recommend taking a taxi; but, the journey was well worth it. I would 100% suggest it to anyone looking for a quiet place to recharge; we only wish we could have stayed longer because we enjoyed the space so much. It was also conveniently located near Okayama's centre district. A hearty thank you to Boo and her family; we will definitely return on our next vacation to Japan.

**Perfect Stay with an Amazing Host! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** We had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to our incredibly hospitable host! From arranging bike rentals to preparing delicious breakfasts and giving excellent local tips, he went above and beyond. He even met us at the pier upon arrival, drove us to nearby attractions, and helped us find great restaurants. The room was compact but immaculate, and the location was convenient - just a short walk from the port. The breakfast spread was generous and tasty. What truly made our stay special was the host's genuine care and attention to detail. We felt completely taken care of throughout our trip. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area - we'd love to stay here again! **Thank you for such a memorable stay!** 🏡✨

We had a fantastic stay at Otonari's apartment. It's well located, with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars nearby but the apartment is in a quiet side-street so we had no problems with noise disturbance. The apartment is exactly as described and photographed in the listing - it's a charming space full of warm touches and helpful instructions for all the useful amenities. We loved staying here and would definitely choose it again when in Takamatsu!

My partner and I stayed at Riemama's little apartment in Okayama for 5 nights -we had rented a car from Osaka so having the parking spot right outside was immediately a huge bonus. We have stayed at several Airbnb's in Japan over our time and I can confidently say Riemama's apartment is the best we have ever come across. It was spacious, quiet, private, clean, and fully equipped with absolutely everything a traveller might need for a stay. More than just a generously equipped kitchen, to a comfortable couch and dining space, huge TV, clean and spacious bathroom and laundry, and comfortable beds - it was all the extra amenities available that made it stand out - from the luggage weighing scales, to the packaging tape and scissors, to complimentary face creams and toiletries, laundry necessities, fluffy fresh towels - you can tell this is prepared by someone who really understands what a traveller needs. Riemama was so friendly and kind across our whole stay. Absolutely recommended!!

We had a great stay. The apartment is well equipped, quiet and comfortable. The nearby Korakuen park, just a 5 minute walk away, is one of the 3 most beautiful in Japan. The local sushi restaurant is not to be missed, it's quite the gem and the pastry shop also does great takeaway coffee. All in all a perfect stay. Thank you Mari.

Newly Opened [6-minute walk to Wacho Station] 2-minute walk to Japan's best shopping district/Entire house/Couples and business travelers/Free parking

DaheeRating, 5 starstoday
It looks exactly like the pictures. It's not a complete downtown area, but it's a 10-minute walk from the downtown area, so it was nice to be able to rest comfortably. If you walk out of the sports field, there is an AKG, and there is a mart 5 minutes away, so it was nice to be able to use it when needed for dinner or breakfast. Most importantly, it's neat and has all the necessary tools, so I don't think you need to bring anything. There are plenty of towels, shower towels, disposable toothbrush toothpaste, hair dryer, hair straightener, various disposable items, welcome drinks, welcome snacks, and more. I only used hotels every time I visited Japan, and this was my first time using Airbnb, and it was very nice. And the owner responds very quickly. Check-in is at 4: 00, but you can store your luggage after 12: 00, so I was able to enjoy sightseeing on the same day. I came to Air Seoul, and departed on time without delay, and came here, ate, and took the bus, so it was 12 o'clock, so I left my luggage right away and went sightseeing. Check-out is also at 10: 00, so if you're using Air Seoul round-trip, you have to leave at 9: 00 anyway, so it doesn't feel like time is going fast. However, I was tired on the last day, so I called a taxi, and the owner kindly called the taxi for me. (I was at a loss as to what to do, but you were willing to help right away) It takes about 30 minutes from the accommodation to the airport (about 40 minutes if it's crowded), and the taxi fare is 5,190 yen, which is about 50,000 won in Korean currency. If you don't want to miss the airport shuttle bus, you can take a taxi and check out after taking a rest by 9:50. The flight departing from Air Seoul is at 11:35, but it's enough to get there an hour before, so I recommend taking a taxi if you don't have to pay for the taxi. Overall, it was a house that I was very satisfied with, and it is a lodging that I really want to recommend to my friends and acquaintances when visiting Dakama-thu!!! ^♥ ︎ ^ I was on a mother-daughter trip, and it was an accommodation that my mom was satisfied with. And unlike a hotel, it has a balcony, a bedroom, a living room, and a separate kitchen, so it was so nice to have an open feeling. If I come again next time, this is the accommodation I'd like to recommend and visit again.
