We enjoyed Nicolas's place. The place is located close to Auxerre which is convenient. For animals, there is a nice little place to walk your dog. Clean accommodations with lots of equipment and consumables. We had the pleasure of staying at Nicolas's place

Nice and spacious place to stay! As described and photos. We stayed a weekend for the Auxerre marathon and it was really the ideal accommodation because it was close to everything. Thanks to the hosts for their warm hosting and kindness. We will come back to visit this time!

Perfect end-to-end: cleanliness, host communication, location, decor, comfort. Very nice bedding. BnB particularly well equipped with dishes, kitchen utensils and appliances.

A perfect base for a trip to Chablis - we only stayed one night, but it was fabulously comfortable for our group of four. Will definitely be back to stay when we are next in the area.

Impeccable and pleasant accommodation, responsive host by message, quality amenities (bedding, kitchen, bathroom, etc.). You feel good because it's tastefully decorated. Ideal for a family of 4. Very well located because it is a 2-minute walk to the pedestrian street and a grocery store. I would recommend it.

Very pleasant stay in this clean and very convenient apartment, also in a good location, between the city center of Auxerre, the banks of the Yonne and also a Leclerc supermarket not far away. However, it was a little cool in the house, and my wife would have liked to warm up a little; which was impossible, because, I think, the heating was turned off. Apart from that, everything was perfect. Ah! A second chair in the kitchen would also have been welcome.

A very nice Studio that offers real privacy; not opposite. The bed is particularly comfortable (firm). We only had 2 towels available (quickly wet with hot tub etc.); but at our request Anne brought us 2 more towels right away. On the other hand, I would not necessarily recommend the customization of decor, because just the name in false petal for 20 given €, it's dear to my Sense. Anne no longer had a candle, but unfortunately I was not notified (she told me when I asked by message after we left, why so little decor; so as not to do it in front of my spouse whose surprise it was the surprise). Maybe I should have asked for photos beforehand in addition to the price confirmation. The decoration is very beautiful without personalization otherwise. The Jacuzzi was already hot upon arrival 👌 This love room is expensive; but Anne's atmosphere, location, and availability give her good assets. I share with those around me!

Very nice apartment. Matches the photos and description. Very close to Troyes city center. Everything is planned to have a good time. Plus, very nice smell when you come home. 😊

Great accommodation, very cozy as shown in the photos. I love the spiral staircase. As seen in a comment, I also had a little "scare" when I saw the front but once the door opened, happy discovery of this pretty cozy nest! Jacuzzi cherry on top.
