Vacation rentals in Tomar

We loved Monica’s apt. It’s close to everything and Monica and her husband were great in communicating with us, it’s a beautiful flat except that instead being on the same floor it’s a 3-level flat… and the 3rd bed is in the living slash kitchen room, the couch converted to the bed wasn’t as comfortable. We may have overlooked it. One thing we were confused about was the coffee and tea supplies. The term of Airbnb is bed and breakfast, when we asked we were told they left a few coffee pods just as a welcome adjuster. This is my 8th year staying at Airbnb and this is the first time I heard of the explanation… maybe it’s only in Portugal? But in Porto and Coimbra we were provided more than plenty by the hosts.

We loved staying in Guilherme’s place in Tomar, it is absolutely stunning!! So beautifully done from top to bottom, inviting, comfortable and nicely kept. It is located near everything and was easy to find. We didn’t have a car, but the fact that it included a parking spot was amazing. Guilherme was wonderful to work with; he worked hard to get the place ready for us when it looked like it might not be ready in time, and would have left us without a place to stay, so we were SUPER grateful to him. He was very responsive overall, and I can’t say enough positive things about this place.

Great base to see Tomar, close to local sights and restaurants.

Perfect location to walk everywhere. Cozy, clean and tastefully decorated. Very friendly and responsive host. Very appreciative of the coffee and tarts as a welcome gift.

It was one of the best experiences since I've lived, I'll definitely be back. Ideal place for those who like nature and who need to relax, completely clean, safe and with extreme silence.

Inez's place is a gem. This is a very nice, peaceful, beautiful, and secure place. It has old world charm with modern amenities. The garden area is beautiful and serene. It is right by the river and is in a very good location. My only disappointment was that we were only there for a short time and didn't stay longer!

A gem of a house in the most idyllic location. Peaceful, welcoming, with every necessary comfort and a touching distance from the lake. Eric couldn’t have been more welcoming and warm, our only regret is not spending more time there.

Rita’s place was in the perfect spot! We toured the convento and Castelo and walked a lot around town with ease. Only issue was the AC is only in the room with two twins, so we were warm in the other bedroom a floor down. If staying here when the weather is cooler, would probably be perfect 👍
