The pearl in Tolvsbo

A very nice accommodation with a lake plot and beach in a fantastic location. Inside, there is a large area that combines kitchen with living room containing a cozy fireplace. Two bedrooms and a bathroom. No washing machine. Space for six people as the sofa is a sofa bed. The water is not drinkable but washable. There is a filled 10-liter can on arrival that can be refilled inside the village's local Ica store. Small cottage on the plot with an additional four beds. Rowing boat is down on the beach. Fishing license is required.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Welcome to our cozy log cabin — a serene place to relax and adventure! There are 4 beds spread over 2 bedrooms as well as a small loft with 2 beds. There is a small cabin during summer time with 2 beds that can be rented for a fee of SEK 350/day. Cleaning for a fee. Bed linen/towels for a fee. The cottage has a large porch with stunning lake view. Walking distance to swimming area with sandy beach. Discover museum, cafés, go-karts, Spa, fishing trips, ski downhill/ length.

Newly-built house on lake plot near Romme Alpin

Welcome to a newly built house on its own lake plot with magical views! In summer, you can enjoy swimming and sun from your own jetty and borrow a rowing boat, SUP and wood-fired hot tub. In the fall, you pick berries and mushrooms directly outside the house. In winter, it is about 13 minutes to Romme Alpin. When there is ice on the lake, you can ice skate and take lovely walks. There is a sauna and fireplace with access to wood for frozen ski enthusiasts.

Apartment in the middle of Söderbärke

Accommodation in the middle of the village, close to Ica, swimming at Hagudden, Folkets park and the harbor. Nice nature and good opportunities for outdoor life. Cross-country tracks in Norberg (30 min) Smedjebacken (10 min) and Ljungåsen (45 min). Alpine skiing Uvbergsbacken in Smedjebacken and 45 min to Romme Alpin. In the summer there are many lakes for swimming, fishing and paddling. There are nice gravel roads and paths for mtb biking.

In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in the tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 min away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license 50kr/ day.
