Looks better than the pictures. Clean, comfortable, and stylishly functional. Loved walking through Senso Ji every day to and from the subway, the amenities were so perfect for traveling and the host was very kind to check in with me regularly.

If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic place to rest after a long day of running around the busy downtown train stations, this house is an excellent choice. The area is very suburban with quick access to a grocery store, but its location provides privacy as well as a great view of Ichikawa.

Eppy very responsive . She took care of us by meeting our request and needs. We have ample supplies of towels, kitchen , supplies , our laundry needs.Great shower, water so refreshing.close to 2 train stations - Okubo station right next to us and 5 min walk to Shin Okubo station. 7-11 convinient store. We’re able to buy things that we need. Airconditioner gives us our comfort level. I recommend the place . Thank you Eppy Elizabeth and company California , USA April 11-16, 2025

The host is extremely responsive. House is clean, has plenty of rooms and space, the beds are comfy, and it has nice bathrooms and shower amenities. The house is about a 10-15 minute walk from 3 different stations on 3 different lines (including a JR line) which makes it relatively straight forward to get to almost anywhere in Tokyo. From there it's anywhere from 10-30 mins to get to some of the more popular places. At night it's pretty quiet, but there is a small but vibrant strip (especially during the day) just outside with shops and a few places to eat all the way along to the Kamegome Station. There's also not many tourists, which gives it a nice local feeling.

had great time. There are two nearby train stations we used to get into the city and also to Makuhari Messe and Disney. Super covnenient. 7/11 and other restaurants were a 10 minute walk away (straightforward walks). There were 5 of us and all of us had a comfortable sleeping space. It was a great stay, and we'll miss it alot.

The place is very conveniently located, it's just a little old, and the beds are a little hard. The friendliness of the great host, there were trains everywhere, shops nearby. It had utensils, air conditioning. The neighborhood is very quiet.

We were looking for a place in-between central Tokyo and Saitama and this was the perfect place. We rented a car, and Kenji’s place has a parking spot which is perfect - otherwise there’s a cheap parking lot just opposite the house which only costs 600¥ for 24hrs. Place is quiet and peaceful. The room is a beautiful traditional tatami room and it felt cosy - lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!!

The house is located in a quiet street, the room is clean and we look forward to quality travelers staying here The residents nearby have a regular daily biological clock, so those who like lively or nightlife are not suitable to stay here. It is 10 minutes away from Ikebukuro subway, which is very convenient. It takes 15 minutes from Ikebukuro subway to Harajuku, Shibuya, and Omotesando

Our host was very friendly and informative, provided all the information and replied to every message within a short period of time. Her English was excellent, we were welcomed in person and given a tour of the trendy, architect designed home shortly after arrival. Essentially the hosts leave for holidays and rent their house out. As a consequence it is fully equipped for those who want to cook or wash clothes. The location is very peaceful, in a high end quiet suburb. There are shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had some amazing Wagyu just a 10-15 minute walk away @yakiniku_ushizaka

Very good stay, the apartment is in a good location and very well-equipped. Very clean and matches the photos. We didn't see the owner but she was very responsive by message. There are 4 guest rooms in the apartment, I think it's important to mention that.

It was a relaxing space. My father in his 90s was also with us, but he slept well in bed. The bathtub was very good and modern, but it seemed a little difficult for the elderly with weak legs to get up. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the high-grade facilities and equipment used. It was a place I'd like to use again if I get the chance. Thank you very much.

it was great for our party of 8 and awesome that everyone had their own room. we were close to public transport making it easy. heaps of local restaurants to choose. our host was extremely helpful with any requests and support. thank you for helping making our stay more comfortable and easier.
