House vacation rentals in Tocha

We were a group of friends spending a weekend and we loved it! The house is amazing for spending time in a group in a very comfortable way. The photographs do not do it justice, in person the house has a different energy fueled by the incredible view of the Castelo de Bode Dam, with incredible sunrises and sunsets. The pool is great and is well served with the annex where there is a barbecue and which also serves as a seating area. we will definitely be back:)

Great location near the lagoon, this quaint Portuguese home with a beautiful private yard/pool is perfect for a family vacation or just a romantic getaway. Carlos was responsive through the whole process and made us feel right at home. We will definitely return.

The house is quite comfortable and very quiet. Ideal for those looking for days of peace and want to escape the hustle and bustle of big cities. The pool area is spectacular, with very well-maintained equipment and a great hot tub! Jennifer and Sebastian are perfect hosts. Very nice and polite, they were always very attentive and responded immediately to all the messages we sent. We enjoyed our stay. We will certainly repeat the experience.

House was clean and beautiful, our family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Peaceful street with the convenience of both cafe and restaurants close by. We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend staying at Tiago’s home to anyone.

We had a great stay in extremely comfortable surroundings. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Fabulous swimming pool! Exiting the property a bit hazardous by car. The property is on a very busy main road and is a lorry route, you need two people to exit, one in the street as traffic flies by! A mirror situated so that you can see what is coming would be extremely helpful. The road is noisy but did not penetrate the house too much. Most shops, restaurants, etc are a short drive away. There is nowhere close enough on foot. Beds are comfortable but bed linen and towels are a little old and tired, they could do with replacing. Contacting the host during the week was problematical. Phone rings 3 times then changes to engaged tone. On one occasion all the electricity cut out, fortunately we were able to find the trip switches. We were aware that in an emergency we could not make immediate contact, a bit worrying. A minor point but as a party of 7, two sets of keys would have been helpful.

It's a perfect place! I highly recommend it if you want to spend quiet days close to many tourist places. The house is beautiful and very well organized. There is parking right in front and having access to the pool is ideal for a good vacation. Accommodation is 10/10

First stay for us in Portugal... in this sublime location... everything was perfect... no complaints... we will come back without hesitation Thanks to Erica for hosting us and for her availability.

We had a fantastic stay at Horacio's place. Hosts were incredibly friendly and inviting. The house is very well tracked geographically, it is spacious, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. A large garden without forgetting the pool with the barbecue area without vis-à-vis with mountain views. Highly recommend…

We had an amazing stay at Carlos' villa with our group of 13 adults and 3 babies. The villa is incredibly spacious, with 12 full beds and additional sleeping options on the comfortable couches. The large garden was perfect for the kids to play in, and we thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spacious, clean Jacuzzi. The kitchen was slightly used but very functional, offering plenty of room and every kitchen item we could possibly need to cook for our group. The barbecue area is large, though located a little far from the kitchen by the parking area. The rooftop terrace provided stunning 360° views, and the sunsets were simply beautiful. The villa is located in a peaceful, quiet area, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which we loved. While walking to the beach is easy, having a car is ideal for reaching larger supermarkets, which are about a 13-minute drive away. Parking offers plenty of space Overall, this villa was the perfect choice for our large group. Highly recommended!

The villa exceeded our expectations! Clean, luxurious, tall, we stayed there for a week, and it was perfect! Very quiet, next to a large forest, you will not be disturbed by the neighbors. The many storage units provided with cooking utensils, cutlery, cleaning products, everything is done for a great stay. The house is also very clean, the basement is huge and full for a great stay. Trampoline, ping pong, pétanque, swimming pool, darts, sunbathing, barbecue, etc... Don't trust the photos, the house is much more beautiful in real life! I recommend it to everyone, not to mention the host who welcomed us and spoke French!

We had a fantastic time at Hanna's place. The house is wonderful, a shame that it rained every day, if I had made a little better time we would have taken better advantage of the pool and garden area. Otherwise, everything was great. Hanna's impeccable care. We were all very comfortable.

It’s perfect for families, with enough space to come together but also to enjoy peace and privacy when needed. The surrounding atmosphere is calm and connected to nature – and the surf experience was a true highlight. The surf lessons were professional, fun, and super well-organized. We also had the chance to try a special horse-based activity nearby, which turned out to be a deeply moving and enriching experience for our family. Edgar was always available, communicative, and very friendly – we felt welcome and well taken care of at all times. The only thing we “blame” him for? We missed the 10-meter wave – under his supervision! 😉 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a real surf holiday in Portugal with comfort, nature, and heart.

We loved our stay at Casa do Professor. It was so quiet and peaceful. Lovely views, beautiful house inside and out. It worked well for a day trip to the Duoro wine area and another to Viseu, it was wonderful to come home to. Also nice walks in the general area (one was from the house, towards town, onto the ecopista). Lovely, quiet area full of small villages. Easy driving, groceries and restaurants nearby. We cooked a few meals and had what we needed. Having the washing machine was helpful. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor, yummy pastries delivered by Antonio's parents. Antonio was responsive and gave a lot of helpful suggestions in response to our questions. Highly recommended!

A great little house right by the beach. Hosts were very helpful and friendly and owned a delicious restaurant next door so hardly needed to use the well equipped kitchen!

Jane was a terrific person to deal with as we planned our return visit to Foz for our anniversary. Very quick to respond to our queries and offer up suggestions for our trip. Very hands on about the booking, even though she doesn’t live in the local area. Thanks Jane!!

Ghanim was, together with Vera, an excellent host. Very friendly, helpful and seemed to be always on call for our questions. We had some trouble finding the location (due to Google Maps not selecting the right area, Apple Maps worked fine) and Ghanim was very helpful by sending us waypoints and screenshots of the road we had to take. Also the check-in and check-out were very flexible. The location itself is huge, beautiful, nicely decorated and all the amenities are present - from linen to appliances and fresh lemons from the tree in the garden. Morning coffees in the greenhouse were part of our main routine. Can and will absolutely recommend 🙏

Charming house with pool, came as a family for a stay and to visit Fatima which is 18 km or 20 min drive. Pleasant moments to share with family or friends I recommend it.

Very nice dwelling in a peaceful village. We were warmly welcomed by Iolanda's grandmother. Iolanda was very responsive and was able to accommodate us for check-in and checkout. I recommend it!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, everything was very clean and the area is close to the beaches of Leiria and Pedrogão, 40 minutes from Nazaré and a little further from Peniche. Matas Nacional is just 10 minutes away, so if you like cycling or hiking, it's a perfect place. Communication with Nicole and Isabel was perfect at all times, always helpful and resolving any questions or queries. A pleasure to stay at your house for a few days.
