We had a fantastic stay for one week. Incredible location, lovely people, so peaceful. The house was well equipped and the pool was great. we can't wait to return soon again.

The house is beautiful! It has a very nice Oaxacan style. It is comfortable, clean, very well located and perfect for 8 people, the bathrooms are clean and modern. The pool is comfortable for a few drinks and at a very good temperature. Perfectly equipped! Would definitely book another time

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Nova. The place is gorgeous. I really appreciated the daily cleaning service. We ran into the cleaner a few times and she was so nice and pleasant. The whole house and outdoors were impeccably clean. the house is on a busy road but the front wall and the positioning of the bedrooms at the back of the house made it so you couldn't hear it at night. I would stay here again.

We had a great weekend. An ideal house to be with your family, a barbecue, a pool and a little garden. In the village there is not much to do, but there are shops, a restaurant and places to have a beer. Highly recommended, if you have a car, as a base to visit all the villages near Oaxaca.

Great stay. Responsive and proactive hosts who helped us with recommendations, taxi, and has some essentials in the kitchen/fridge when we arrived. Place was clean and private. Well located for walking in the historic center. If there was a down side it was the road noise in some of the bedrooms…. But that is to be expected since you are in the in the middle of the action pretty much. The courtyard pool area was peaceful for sure. Thanks for a great stay!

the place is quiet and really comfortable 20 min from the center of Oaxaca, it is only 100 meters of terracería before arriving but a sedan passes smoothly the house is very large and private pool.

Staying at this Paradise was beautiful. The place is secluded, but there is a lot of privacy and it's great for relaxing. The two houses are incredibly beautifully designed with a lot of love for detail. A dream!

Ximena's place felt like staying at a friend's beloved home.There's a relaxed, comfy vibe, as shown in the photos, but actually being there, is hard to find words for. It's just very special. Both my friend and I cherished our time there. Some words of advice, pack in your favorite foods, coffee, granola, there's only a small bodega down the road, and frankly once you've landed, you won't wanna leave. The first night Jhonny gave us the name of a wonderful local woman who on relatively short notice prepared us a lovely, healthy meal. Or, venture out to the small restaurant in the village. We ate delicious quesadillas made with fresh tortillas. On hikes, we were told to carry a stick to deter dogs. We never used them but good advice for anyone walking on country roads in Mexico. The dogs we saw were sun sleeping in the middle of the roads. Like I said, it's a good relaxing spot. We loved using the washing machine and hanging our clothes out to dry. We got emotional leaving.

Lots of space for everyone and comfortable amenities. It was really fun walking in to to see a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations for the holiday!

We loved our stay. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and included all the amenities (even a high-end espresso machine). We were able to check in several hours early, which was appreciated. The host provided very clear instructions on how to find the place and how to use the door lock app. The hammock in the living room was a favorite place to nap. The shower had great pressure and hot water. The bathrobes were a nice touch, too. The king-sized bed was very comfortable, and being able to Airplay to the Apple TV in the bedroom was convenient. Keep in mind, though, that it’s outside Centro and not very walkable. You’ll need a way to get into town, but we already knew that when booking (and have a car) so it wasn’t a surprise. It’s a high-end place with a lot of nice touches, and the host was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We’d love to stay there again.

The house it’s beautiful, modern and well maintained. The terrace and the views are wonderful. We had a problem with the water but was taken cared of quickly. The only drawback we found was the steep road going to the property and the dogs barking at night .

It was the first time, I felt that uncertainty if it was real or not, but since he contacted me I felt his hospitality and kindness, I couldn't find the place and he went for me and my family to take us to the house, always very attentive and responded quickly, the house is as it is in the photos, it has fans and in the rooms it has A/C, fully equipped, it has everything you need to make you feel at home.

I would come back definitely if I am in Oaxaca again. Also, the person that was there was very helpful. The place is very quiet and very clean.We sleep very well every night after visiting a few of the tourist places. Everything is just a few minutes away by car.

A great place to stay, close to the Airport. My dog and I arrived shortly after sundown and enjoyed a clean, safe and peaceful spot to rest and cleanup prior to our trip to the beach the next day. I’d stay here again. I enjoyed the internet, and coffee in the morning and how clean everything was. Our host was pleasant and easy to communicate with.

Mrs. Leonor and her husband are excellent hosts, they got in touch from the beginning and were always attentive. The check-in time was very flexible, the house is very comfortable, beautiful and spacious, the mattresses are super comfortable. If we return, it will definitely be our first choice.
