The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Laundry ramp is 300 m from the house. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels are included. Cleaning is available.

In addition, we have two extra beds to use for those of you who have children with you. Or it may be possible to rent the attefallstugan separately. It is a hidden idyll that was once a holiday island for Volvo employees. At that time, the island was called Trälen. You see Björkö, Karlatornet and Marstrand from the island.

Fantastic house at beautiful Dyrön.

Our house is situated high and with a sea view. On the top floor there are four bedrooms with a double bed in three of them. The fourth has a single bed with an extra bed. There is a big room with a large sofa for hanging out with the family or friends or just enjoying the fantastic view. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a dining area and a sofa for relaxing or socialising. On this floor there is a large bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom. Garden is beautiful.

The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!
