Peaceful living by the sea

With the sea in the eye-catcher is the guesthouse built in 2021 on a part of our property. There are sleeping places for four people, two in the double bedroom and two on the loft in single beds. The guesthouse includes a wind-protected patio. Here, all seasons have their charm. May-September there is a swimming ladder from cliffs 200 m away. It is just over a km to the municipal swimming area with jetties. There are good opportunities for walks/hikes and excursions at Tjörn. Härön protects against the winds from the open sea to the west.

Here, the border between inside and out has been erased. A large terrace under roof surrounds the entire house, doors from all rooms provide direct access to the greenery outside. The house has all the comforts including sauna and fireplace and is located in a child-friendly area with playground and nice walking paths. Walking distance to both cliff baths and child-friendly beach with docks, Pilane sculpture park, Häröns nature reserve and a short drive to Skärhamn with a large selection of restaurants, shops and the Watercolor Museum.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well-equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned so that 6 people can live comfortably but it is possible to accommodate an additional 2-3 people if needed. Fantastic house at beautiful Dyrön.

Our house is situated high and with a sea view. On the top floor there are four bedrooms with a double bed in three of them. The fourth has a single bed with an extra bed. There is a big room with a large sofa for hanging out with the family or friends or just enjoying the fantastic view. On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a dining area and a sofa for relaxing or socialising. On this floor there is a large bathroom. In the basement there is another bathroom. Garden is beautiful.

Villa Hällene: Architectural house in a beautiful location

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Nice house on the Swedish west coast near GBG

The house is situated in an old fishermans village, 45 minutes north of Gothenburg city. The house has big verandas, and balconies in all weather routes. From the upper floor and from the backside you have a view over the ocean. A few hundred meters from the house you have a cute beach and a small boat harbour. Here you can also rent the outside padel court or the sauna by the sea. The village of Skärhamn has all you need, with a great super market, a whine store, fish markets, cafés etc.

On Härön is the popular restaurant Magasinet, but also beautiful hiking trails at the end of the coastal band. Padel tracks are available both in Kållekärr and in Skärhamn (10 min by car).
