Vacation rentals with a sauna in Tivat

Beautiful stay! There are 3 apartments and the owner lives on the ground floor. This one is very discreet so if you are lucky and the other two apartments are not rented, you feel like you are alone and also have the pool all to yourself! Really a top stay!

Perfect setting, right on the beach. Within walking distance of the main town but out of the main tourist area. Local bakery, greengrocers and supermarket Within 10 minute walk. Everyone was very helpful, polite and friendly.

It’s very nice place and close to everywhere that you need to visit. The view is perfect and the room is so clean and also as seen on photos. A great flat with everything you need. Lovely views and great location. The air conditioning was lovely and the washing machine very useful. We loved the pool and walked down to the great beach several times. Supermarket and restaurant at the bottom of the hill. Great communication too. Would definitely stay again, we had a lovely week.

We had a great stay! Communication with the hostess was great – there was a helpful answer to every question quickly. Whether before our arrival or during our stay, Isabel and Yasir were consistently friendly and very helpful, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is tastefully decorated and even has a few practical extras that were not in the description – really a plus! Everything was very clean and lovingly prepared. The common areas such as the pool, hot tub and sauna as well as the outdoor facilities are also well maintained and invite you to relax. Whether as a couple or with a young family – this place is highly recommended. We will be back!

Ivana is a great host! She gave us accurate instructions for location and gave us a heads up about the steepness of street to come to the apartment. There was a reserved parking waiting for us and as we entered the apartment everything was as it’s described. It’s in the ground floor where the pool is, has big balcony and everything you need in kitchen and bathroom. The place has SPA with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi…there is also a fair gym where we spent some time because the weather was bad for two days. Great pool also! Onog thing is that IT is preaty steep from the beach to apartment . You need to be in good shape to manage w/o taking a break. :) There was a market close by. Overall we LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!!! :)

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

Amazing apartment with wonderful views and right on the beach in perfect location. If you are driving make sure you get clear instructions on where to park (we didn’t get any) and don’t follow Google maps!

We appreciated the cleanliness of the accommodation (even if the bed was not very comfortable) The accommodation is in a great location, right next to the beach and shops. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment and highly recommend it.

Gordana is very nice host! She's welcoming, warm, supporting. Appartments were clean, well-kept, air conditioning was enabled when we arrived, cold drinks were waiting for us in the fridge. Gordana left the keys from her garden where we could enjoy morning coffee. There are shops, fast food and parking nearby. An option for check-in is available, Gordana can leave the key in the box.

if you want something special, this is it. Unesco World Heritage target, built 19th century. Amazing view surrounded by mountains. Superb host. I highly recommend!

this place was amazing the hosts went out of their way to help us with every tiny detail. they sent a taxi to pick us up and helped us arrange tours. the house is beautiful. if you are even considering this location, this is the house for you. Dont hesitate. beautiful grounds. one of a kind.

The small guest house is right next to the host's house, but still we felt private. Dmitry and his wife were very helpful and friendly. The hospitality was absolutely top, thank you again.

We had an amazing stay at this villa – what a gem! We were a big group (8 adults and 5 kids under 4!), and the house handled us perfectly. While the location is listed as Muo, it’s actually in Prčanj – but honestly, that didn’t bother us at all. We quickly figured out the local bus system, which was super handy and added to the adventure. It leaves from the Dodo Market by the way! A special shoutout to Ljubo, who was there instantly whenever we needed help with anything – incredibly helpful and kind! Now, let’s talk about the SAUNA – absolutely BRILLIANT. It has a proper Harvia stove, and as a group of Finns, we were seriously impressed. Full approval from the sauna experts – we LOOOOVED IT. The villa itself is beautiful and well-equipped, and the hill? Not a problem at all. It actually gave us some nice daily exercise and fantastic views as a reward. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this cozy villa by the sea. Everything was perfect – from the breathtaking views to the peaceful surroundings. The garden was a dream, filled with mandarins and kiwi, which we enjoyed picking and tasting daily. The sweet scent of roses added to the charm and made our stay even more delightful. We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

We stayed at Anna's place for 7 nights at the end of September. It accommodated 5 adults and one 5-year-old boy comfortably. The host was responsive and promptly addressed a hot water boiler issue. The house was clean with comfortable beds and had a stunning view, along with a private beach with crystal clear water. The only drawback was the lack of a living room, but it didn't significantly impact the stay since the group was mostly out during the day. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the location was convenient, although a car was necessary. I would definitely return and recommended the place.

Vlado was very responsive, gave recommendations of restaurants, was very accommodating on all our requests. He was also flexible with check out time. Cleaning lady was coming every day and it was included in the price. We really enjoyed the stay.
