Shannon and Chris are excellent hosts! They responded promptly to a few questions I had. Their place is very warm and inviting and was the perfect place to host our family Christmas . The beds were comfortable, the hot water was hot and the bonus room with the pool table made for many games and memories to be made. They supplied the wood for the fire place which kept us very toasty. They are very close to Klingers trail so we were able to go on many walks and did some cross country skiing. The lake is a bit farther away to walk but is due able, however we took the snow machines down to our ice shacks. I would highly recommend renting this cabin ( we had another family rent a different cabin down the street and it was a complete disappointment from barely any hot water, to unsafe stairs and electric baseboards not working) we felt very fortunate to be able to have exactly everything that was specified ! Oh and Shannon left a box of homemade chocolates and welcome note! ❤️?

Great cabin for a fishing trip. Very close to the marina, restaurant and beach. Very peaceful surroundings. Would have liked to enjoy the fire pit, but the wind put a damper on that. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Mark.

Great location for our stay!

Tobin Lake Cabin “The Birchwood”

We had a great stay at The Birchwood for a short fishing trip with our kids. The cabin was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The screened in room was a great space for morning coffee and the backyard was perfect for an evening fire. The cabin is a quick walk to the beach & boat launch. We will definitely check to see if it's available next summer!

The Honey Bee Suite

We really enjoyed our little escape to Carissa's place. This small Bee-themed suite (on brand!) was a nice place to rest between hikes in the area. The kitchen is small, but the induction plate and air fryer covered our needs. Oh, and the honey... enough options to have a honey flight, and try to pick out the tastes of the different ones. We also appreciated the eggs. Yum! While the human hosts were away, we did meet the two furry hosts who were very welcoming and showed us around the property :)
