“I’ve been staying here for two weeks, and it’s been an amazing experience. Shanti’s room is super bright, with a huge window facing Arunachala, offering a great view. The place is really comfortable, and she keeps the apartment very clean. The location is perfect—just a 3-minute walk to Sri Ramanasramam, and right next to The Dreaming Café. In about 10 minutes, you can reach almost all the restaurants and supermarkets. Before I arrived, Shanti made sure to check all the details and even arranged my airport pickup before I got to India. During my stay, whenever I had any issues, she took care of them right away. She’s a very responsible host. If I visit Arunachala again, I’ll definitely come back to stay at Shanti’s apartment and enjoy my time here.”

We loved our two week stay here. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of the ashram area and the space was just great. Really comfy bed and access to the roof terrace with amazing views of Arunachala. Kitchen is well equipped and there’s filtered water. You can walk to the ashram from here, but we rented a scooter to get around more easy. Hoping to return to Yashi’s place soon 🙏

Eva‘s place exactly matches the pictures in the description. The apartment is really spacious. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 toilets (however in one of them the flush didn’t work, the host promised to fix it, but it was not done during my stay. Luckily there was another one, so it didn’t cause much troubles). Overall it’s a great value for the money considering the size of the apartment and the access to the spacious rooftop. Recommend this place.

The host was very reponsive and helpfull. They were continuously in touch with us till we reached location. They arranged us bike for rent was very helpful and really very much cheaper. People who are willing to do Giripradakshinam can utilise that. They recommended us some local places to visit. Kitchen was very clean and well maintained. Waterfilter, refrigerator, washing machine. They had given the bike even after check out and unfortunately it bacame late to come back but still they were very humble and charged nothing. Overall a good experience and highly recommend.

We stayed here during the Girivalam season wherein streets can get very crowded and chaotic at Tiruvannamalai. The temple is at a walkable distance from the property, is was very clean and located at peaceful location away from the noisy main road. The host, Aravind was extremely helpful, he allowed us an early check-in and even suggested the best time to visit the temple to avoid the crowd, this was very thoughtful gesture. The place feels secure, with the main gate locked at night. Overall, a calm and pleasant stay. Looking forward to staying here during the next visit as well!!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit toller Terasse, direkt mit Blick auf den Arunachala. Es war alles sehr sauber und komfortabel. Bala war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder wählen.

Sriraman is a great host. He was always available for and proactive in communication. He helped us with local transport contacts to visit Arunachaleshwar temple and also for Giri valayam. He was also kind enough to courier some articles that we forgot. the place is very clean and matches the photos in the listing. overall a very good stay in Arunachalam.

The Divine Homestay

Had a wonderful stay at Devine Home Stay. The host, Sindhu, was very responsive from booking to check-out and assisted us with everything. The room was clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The location is great, just 3 km from Tiruvannamalai Temple and 2 km from Ramana Maharshi Ashram. The hill view was stunning. Highly recommend this stay!

Great location, 5-10 minute walk from Ramanashram but still in quiet area. Close to restaurants and shops. Very comfortable space, felt like a little home. Only thing was the wifi didn’t work well but it wasn’t a problem for me because I had SIM card.

My 10-day stay at this property was peaceful and pleasant. The spacious, clean rooms came with all essentials: drinking water, geyser, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, coffee mugs, AC, and Wi-Fi. A washing machine is available for an extra fee. The living room is roomy, with a large worktable, chair, and big sofa. The property features a beautiful outdoor café surrounded by trees, serving tasty food with a limited menu. The terrace offers stunning views of Arunachala Giri, a yoga space, and lush greenery. Host Prem was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend for a serene stay!
