Great location and views. Short walk to dog friendly beach. Lots and lots of space, well furnished and appointed house, modernised bathrooms. Great place for family holiday with a dog.

Muy bien decorada, súper equipada con todos los electrodomésticos imaginables, vajilla linda, buenas camas, a metros de Sunrise Beach . Tiene parada de colectivo a metros de la casa. The house was fantastic, location fantastic! The house was clean and organised, everything you needed was provided. The kids loved the pool! We are hoping to visit this house whenever we are working in Noosa!

Beautiful, Quiet, Peaceful I love Rob and Belinda’s place. I come here to visit a few times a year. Perfect to bring my dog and set up great. Everything I ever need. I had a set back that would have impacted the trip and Rob and Belinda helped me sort it so I could still come up. Great hosts and great place. Coming back in November

We had a very pleasant stay at this accommodation. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent for exploring Noosa. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but the management team responded quickly and fixed it in no time. Overall, a positive and recommendable experience.

We LOVED our stay at Tinkas! Honestly, it was without a doubt one of the best places we’ve stayed globally… pics do not do this place justice. Perfect for our family of four, plenty of room, super clean and tidy, great pool area, and super comfy beds. Was a great location too, only a few minutes walk to the beach and 5 mins drive to the main village (which is super cute!). Thanks Tinka and Svend for a wonderful holiday, we will def be back!

The location of Louise’s apartment was amazing, just a short walk through the resort, across the road and you’re on the beach. The pool was fantastic as well. Louise was very friendly and great to communicate with. She assisted us promptly with all questions. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back again!

The property is well maintained and was clean when we arrived. All appliances were in working order and did not face any issues. You can see sunrise from the balcony. The hosts were very accomodating, they allowed us an early check-in which was greatly appreciated since we were all very tired from our flights and did not have a place to wait especially with all the luggage. They also allowed a slightly later check-out so we could drop the keys at their office and go directly to the airport. We were very happy with the property. From location perspective, since we were new to QLD, we did not know that the close-by beach was not suitable for swimming and the closest patrolled beach was 1km away. If you have kids and are looking for doing outdoor activites, I would recommend renting a car since not all activities are close-by. There are grocery stores and restaurants with in 4 to 5 mins driving distance. Overall, our stay was great and I would stay again in future.

This location and, in particular, the proximity to an uncrowded but surf life safer patrolled section of the beach was fantastic. Well-appointed and largish bedrooms with a massive and very comfortable communal area. The only downside and it's not a biggy for us was that the beds are a little on the soft side, particularly for those used to or who prefer a medium to firm bed. Great communication from Gavra the host. Would definitely like to visit again. thank you.

A family gem! We absolutely loved our stay here over the Christmas and new year period. The unit itself is so lovely and homey. The furnishings were comfortable and the deck view of the river made bbq nights so lovely. Our 3 year old absolutely loved the easy access to the river which made the days so easy and relaxed. The walk was so close to Hastings which was an added bonus. Very clean, and easy access to the property. Consistent communication also with Niche especially over the holiday period was a big plus also :) Cannot wait to book this beautiful home again for our family getaway.

Great location- no frills resort and beach lifestyle. Loved the relaxed stay and the sound of the waves.

We had a such a lovely stay in sunshine Beach! Fay’s home is absolutely gorgeous and such a peaceful and serene place to be. The pool was perfect and a huge hit with our family. The fence around the pool was also very secure and made me feel confident that my children were safe in the home. (This was definitely a concern in booking a house with a pool and young kids.) We walked into the shops a few times and felt like it was a reasonable walk. Maybe a little long for some but for us it was perfect. The house also has so many different areas to get away and find a little bit of peace and quiet, but also enough space to come together and gather in the main spaces. We did not want to leave!

Fantastic property, as described. Great for anyone with boat, with private ramp and jetty in the property. Only complaint was that the interior had a bit of a smell to it - like a heavy smoker had been in there? It didn't detract much from the stay though and it was great value for money.

Lovely place, great views with whales visible from our balcony. Cafe two doors down and secure parking. Clean and well presented, the only thing I would have liked is a few extra amenities such as cling wrap, a few more tea bags and dishwasher and laundry detergent. Otherwise it was a great place that I would highly recommend.

Thank you Steph for letting our family stay at your beautiful Sunshine Beach home! We had an incredible time relaxing at the beach a quick walk from the house, hiking the Noosa park and eating at some amazing restaurants in Noosa Head. Truly one of the greatest places on earth!

The place is amazing and offers great value for money, especially the BBQ and campfire areas. The outside looks a bit old, but the inside is spotless, tidy, and awesome. We enjoyed it. Thanks, Nicole!
