Beautifully boutique hotel in a restored late 19th century town house. The neighborhood is old and non touristic with easy access to the cities hot spots. Definitely a place to stay at!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Faena! Daniel and Stay were great hosts and answered all of our questions promptly. It was just like the description said. The only thing I'll mention (and this isn't the hosts' fault!) is that the amenities are really not intended for Airbnb guests. For example, there IS a spa, but you have to book a day or two in advance and it's expensive (it's $120 per person just to use the jacuzzi, for example, and they were booked out 36 hours when we went to try and use it). You can use the sauna, but only if you use the hotel-issued towels and robes, which the AirBnB and other private residences don't have. So perhaps there's a way around this, but it made us feel like we paid a very high price for the Faena, but then didn't actually get to use the Faena. Again, this is not Daniel's fault at all - it's just something for future guests to know so that they are aware of what they're getting. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

I had to look for a place at the last minute to spend the night because I lost my flight and I ran into this place that seemed very cozy and pleasant, in addition to that I checked in practically at midnight, that I was greeted at that time. I thought it was great. I would recommend it and take into account for a next visit!

Very much recommend Mailen’s place. A larger than expected quirky studio in a great area with excellent communication throughout. I’ve stayed in Thai building a bunch and it truly has all the amenities you could need, including friendly 24/7 security that remembered me from the last time I stayed.

A very interesting, cultured and attentive person; Pablo and Lugo (their puppy) gave us an excellent stay. The house is very comfortable and cozy, Pablo is always attentive, helpful and kind. Definitely if I go back to Buenos Aires I would rent Pablo's airbnb. We had such a great time, the pool and churrasquera perfect for a finde.

The hotel is very nice, impeccable everything, you have the complete hygiene elements. Tenes cochera, that is very significant. The breakfast is very good. And the best part is that it is in the vicinity of a park and back to a very nice and quiet area for walking and walking. Very safe.

The truth was I felt super comfortable. Catalina is a genius. She kept me company at dinner and we talked a lot. We share travel experiences. In the morning I make myself a nice coffee before I leave. Super recommended and safe. I slept very comfortably. And my room had a key for my privacy. 10/10
