Vacation rentals with beach access in Thun

We had a really good time. As musicians, we are fond of Montreux, but we have visited other places like Gruyére (medieval) and I must say that it is wonderful. Perfect apartment, everything as expected. I took the liberty of degreasing the kitchen stove because probably some people who rented before us didn't clean it well. We would have vacuumed before we left, but unfortunately it didn't work... maybe it's just a little clogged. The only negative note is that we had to face this trip with our mood a little low... being back from a family mourning that caught us by surprise, we tried to agree with the host on a refund as it would not have been possible to leave in those conditions... we were even asked for the death certificate to confirm what was declared... it is certainly not the host's fault, but we were very upset. Especially because it wasn't a whim but a need. Everything else is very good.

If you are looking to explore Central Switzerland then this place is a perfect place to use as a hub. The apartment was just as described and in fact more spacious than we expected. The views are spectacular over the lake and the mountains. The host was very helpful and responsive and was quick to answer all our questions. The location is easy walking distance to fantastic restaurants, the lake, the village of Weggis and the boat stop. We took the boat into Luzern which was absolutely fantastic. We would highly recommend the Appartment and will definitely return when back in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Vincent's flat. It's just a short bus or train ride from Neuchâtel centre and easy to cycle or walk along the lake front to town too. The view from the flat was beautiful, and there were plenty of amenities for making use of the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay at Gilles’ Airbnb was nothing short of spectacular. The location was beautiful, with a grocery store and a stunning waterfront just a short one- to two-minute walk away, making everything incredibly convenient. Gilles provided a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, which made cooking easy and eliminated the need to purchase any additional supplies. The coffee machine was a great touch, saving us from frequent café visits—though for those who prefer to grab a coffee out, a café is just a minute away. From the moment we requested the Airbnb, Gilles responded immediately, ensuring a seamless booking process. The space was warm, cozy, and even featured a lovely balcony that added to the overall charm. Our experience here was exceptional, and I highly recommend booking this location for your next stay. Our family of four had a pleasant stay at Yukiyo's residence. The location was advantageous and well-suited for commuting to various destinations. While we encountered a minor inconvenience with a malfunctioning washing machine, Yukiyo made commendable efforts to address the issue. The house was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, we encountered a challenge with the provision of garbage bags, as Switzerland utilizes taxed garbage bags and the house only provided one large bag for our five-night stay. This posed a slight inconvenience, as additional bags needed to be purchased in bulk from supermarkets. Overall, our experience was satisfactory.

The house and property deserve a rating higher than 5!! The house was right on the lake with a grassy lawn and an easy-to-access boat dock. A rubber boat with oars and life jackets was provided. Outdoor tables and chairs were provided. The architecture of the house was contemporary and very pleasing. Everything was well stocked - plenty of eating utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans, bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies. The views of the lake and mountains were incredible! We loved our two-weeks there!

Carole is a warm and hospitable hostess as she flexibly scheduled an arrival time based on our air flight and welcomed us in person to show us our “home away from home.” Very convenient location in charming Lutry, situated on the shores of Lake Geneva. The 2nd floor of the home was spacious, private and very accommodating. Conveniently located with nearby bus stops, a market, and picturesque walkways along the lake. The overlooking balcony was our closing of most evening. Our sincere appreciation for your kindnesses.

The airbnb was exactly as described. We loved the location. A small park right by the lake with a few restaurants and plenty of paths to walk down and explore. Spiez, Thun and Interlaken were all very short car journeys away. Instructions were super clear and hosts responded to queries quite quickly. For three people I think it was a perfect spot. Would definitely recommend!

We (two married couples) had a great Easter weekend here. Apart from the small kitchenette without a trigger and with little work surface, everything fits! The apartment is very quiet, well furnished (high-quality bathroom, comfortable beds, etc.) and was sparkling clean at check-in. The welcome (aperitif) surprised and delighted us very positively! The contact with the landlords was also very friendly and we received good tips. Glad to come back!

Eva's place was excellent! We loved that it was so close to a grocery store and the bus stop. The little town is quiet and quaint! The views are amazing!
