Condo vacation rentals in Thủ Đức City

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed for 13 days at Rivergate apartment. It is as per the photos. We enjoyed staying here because it is closed to everything. District 4 is closed to other districts, taxi or grap is about 30K Vnd (Cho Ben Thanh) to 65K Vnd (to District 5 - famous Cho Binh Tay). Many local food stores, restaurants for eating, small market is closed by if you want to buy something for cooking in the apartment. Security guards 24/7. Host team is great, responsive, well communicated. We will come back. Thank you.

Fantastic spacious accommodation, lovely views and Vinhomes is a peaceful tidy and convenient area. An oasis of peace in a crazy exciting city.

Nice spot for friends to gather after party or breakfast. It’s more fun than staying in a hotel. We would come back here for our next trip.

Beautiful room, light, cozy decor. The lobby is nice, the receptionists and the security are very friendly. The internal utilities are very good, the pool is large, there is a very ideal place to walk.

May is incredibly supportive! The apartment is clean, fully furnished, and surrounded by great restaurants. What matters most to me when staying in a new place is whether I can sleep well, and this room made me feel completely at ease. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in HCM!

Great location and responsive hostess!

We stayed for about 45 days. I was relieved that the security and convenience store were available 24 hours a day. There was a cockroach, but the host responded immediately. The process for entering the gym and replenishing daily necessities was also very quick and helpful. The host was quick to contact us, so we had a comfortable stay!

I can confidently say that there is no better accommodation in this city. It is clean, good value for money, and the manager was very friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone, including business travelers, families, and couples.

We had a great stay here! The location was nice, close to everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area. Had a great stay at the beatiful marq apartment.

Que Loc's place is really convenient location for calling a cab to reach District 1, which is the city center! it's located on the city fringe and thus it is also less bustling and crowded than in the city centre too! The studio is just right enough for a couple and it is comfortable and easy to check in. Would highly recommend staying here for no-frills stay and also if you want to head to city centre as well!

We had a great stay at Uyen place for 4 weeks. The place is very convenient and has everything you would need for a long stay to explore the area. The building is very safe with 24/7 security staff for your piece of mind while staying there. Uyen is super friendly and responsive to our questions. Highly recommend !!!

It's great with no difference from the pictures of the accommodation. I had a problem using it, but unlike other hosts, I got in touch so well that I was comfortable without any problems.If I go to Ho Chi Minh again, I will only use this host's accommodation
