Σε 2 λεπτά ξεκινά το μονοπάτι για τα μοναστήρια των Μετεώρων (Αγίας Τριάδας, Αγίου Στεφάνου και όλους τους βράχους) για να μην αναφέρουμε το γεγονός ότι το κέντρο της Καλαμπάκας απέχει μόλις 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια (2 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο). Οι επισκέπτες μας θα έχουν μια ευχάριστη διαμονή εδώ.Υπάρχει χώρος πάρκινγκ.

Mandilas House

Our lovely home is located in the village of Kastraki, 290 meters from the main square of the village. The house can host up to 6 people. It can accommodate a family or a small group of friends. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen and a living room (it consists of two sofas which can be turned into beds). In front of the house there is an open common area where the guests can park for free their cars (private property). The guests have access to a laundry machine.

Kalambaka center apartment with Meteora view is located in the center of Kalambaka and has a balcony with a wonderful view of Meteora. The train and the bus stations are only 5' minutes walk from the apartment. In 2' minutes there is a taxi piazza and a supermarket. There is private parking at the entrance of the building where you can use it for free. The space is renovated in 2020 and we use high quality materials in every level. The bathroom is equiped with Apivita products.

In the shadow of Meteora! (In the shadow of Meteora)

Vaggelis’ place is spacious , is indeed in the shadows of monasteries above and the town is walkable in 5 minutes. All the rooms are spacious. There are 1.5 baths and good hot water but the shower is hand held but not walk in. Vaggelis’ brother (Costas) met us and let us in. He was super helpful all the time. The fridge was well stocked when we arrived with water, bread, cheese, ham, milk, wine. The local town of Kalabaka is surprisingly large and full of cafes, bars and restaurants. The monasteries nearby are a 10-15 minute drive and are well worth the trip. But they can be busy and we weren’t even mid season early May. So get to them early or at lunchtime when the coach parties have gone for lunch. And be ready to climb steps. Lots of them.

Charming little house at the foot of Meteora. We were hosted very well by our host who also advised us very well on activities and restaurants. The small house had everything we needed for our stay and was well maintained. You can go there there without so much as you'll be disappointed. Thanks again Dimitra, we had a wonderful stay at your place!

Christos is a wonderful host. He is proactive in his communications. His place is very cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with bread, butter, jam, coffee, juice, etc. The place has a nice porch to sit and relax on and it is within walking distance of everything. I highly recommend Christos’s place and will definitely return.

The hostess Mrs. Virginia was very kind, very pleasant and friendly!!! The house is in the city center and we didn't have to take a vehicle to get around. It's all next door! It was comfortable, clean and warm and fully equipped!!! I highly recommend it😊!!!

We had a lovely time at Chris'! We had a lot of privacy in the cottage and the garden, the view is very beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the apartment is decorated with love and attention and very nice that you can walk into the Meteora (recommended to explore the hiking trails, very beautiful trails and very quiet). Actually, everything was great! Very nice extra, the house has good screens so you can open everything up without mosquitoes. The last part of the road there is semi-paved, but fine to do with a regular car.

The owners welcomed us in, gave us things we lacked in the kitchen, offered lettuce from their garden. The place was clean and comfortable. The beds a bit too hard for my taste. Shower was small, but would definitely come again.
