Vacation rentals with breakfast in The Tuamotu and Gambier Islands

Logement correspondant à la description. Une climatisation , excellents petit déjeuners , logement confortable parfait pour se reposer. Les hôtes sont très accueillants , bienveillants et ont de nombreuses histoires à raconter. Si vous souhaitez vous intéresser au requin marteau, c'est la bonne adresse. If you have never been to Tiputa - it's the best variant to stay, with one of the best Internet connections on the island - 30 Mbps via fiber connection, it's great. Bicycle - is a great bonus to travel, you can take a drive up to the boat and even take it for a trip on motu Avatoru or you can drive until the end of Tiputa and even further because in fact no water between next motu and Tiputa. You can drive like 40+ km up to the end of the atoll, but we were too tired after a 10+ km drive up to Motu Mahitu and the road sometimes was not so good, so you need to carry your bicycle with you during some route, but maybe next time we will do full track :) The couple from Italy who takes care of the guesthouse was amazing. Every day they made us a great dinner, which was better than in some 5 stars resorts in French Polynesia :) They really take care of guests and offer a lot of interesting activities, as well as a free breakfast with confiture, yogurt, and a baguet. Thanks for all.

I cannot express how wonderful my stay at Pilar’s place was! Pilar goes above and beyond in her hospitality and helped me feel right at home from day one. She helped me book excursions and called different excursion hosts for me, which was super helpful because I don’t speak French. When one person wasn’t available, she’d call another, up til she had called everyone she could think of - just to make sure I had the best trip possible. Pilar is also an incredibly kind, generous person and very trustworthy. For instance, because the Rangiroa mosquitos love me, Pilar would bring out her incense to ward them off and would proactively remember to do so every time I sat outside. Her forethought was very touching. Although we could only communicate in Spanish (not our native languages), Pilar and I were still able to become friends and connect at a deep level. She was the best host I could’ve asked for as a solo traveler. Highly recommend!!! ❤️

Remi's hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable! His oceanfront home is perfectly situated to enjoy the constant, lovely breeze. The inclusion of free bikes was a huge plus for getting around the island. We also greatly appreciated the delicious daily breakfast (He wakes up everyday at 5am to get fresh bread). Remi's two sweet cats were a delightful bonus. While kitchen access was limited, he was so kind in allowing us to use the fridge and even provided us with tasty coconut bread. We also enjoyed the option to add AC for a night. The room itself was gorgeous, filled with beautiful, handmade shell decorations that showcased Remi's incredible attention to detail and the care he's put into his tropical home. He was the most wonderful host throughout our French Polynesian travels, and we'd love to visit again!

These hosts are awesome! Easy to communicate with (super helpful that they spoke English because it really felt like everyone else on Rangiroa really only wanted to speak French), meals were awesome, wifi worked great! Super helpful in arranging transport to and from the airport. Great location walking distance to town for groceries and to the dolphin pass (yes we actually saw them both days we were there)!

Nous avons eu un super accueil avec Félix qui était sur place, toujours souriant et il a beaucoup l'humour ! À notre arrivée il nous a emmené faire les courses et voir les dauphins sauter dans la passe :) Il a été + qu' arrangeant et a fait le trajet en vélo un soir pour nous amener un citron pour soigner une petite blessure de corail. Notre hôte a été très réactive par message et les instructions étaient très claires. L'exemplacement du logement dans le village de Tiputa est top pour ceux qui cherchent de la tranquillité, supers couchers de soleil. Les vélos à dispos sont un vrai + pour pouvoir se déplacer et rejoindre les magasins. Nous avions aussi des kayaks à dispos. Il faut prendre le taxi boat pour rejoindre Rangiroa. Le logement est conforme et cozy. Certes il y a des petites bébêtes et moustiques comme c'est ouvert en haut mais c'est un bel environnement. Les moustiquaires nous ont été bien utiles, peut-être juste les renouveler car quelques petits trous ;) Je recommande!

N’hésitez pas une seconde à vivre cette fabuleuse expérience sur le catamaran de Frédérique et JM. L’emplacement est incroyable, vous profitez de la beauté et du calme du lagon tout en étant à 2 min d’annexe du village. Frédérique et son mari sont discrets tout en étant très disponibles et veillent à tout votre confort. Merci!

Super séjour à Fakarava, les hôtes sont très accueillants et le lieu très agréable. Les bungalows sont naturellement bien ventilés grâce à leur localisation. Les vélos permettent de se déplacer facilement. Presque rien à redire, en dehors des salles de douche qui mériteraient d'être un peu plus propres, mais ce n'est pas toujours évident lorsque ce sont des lieux partagés, les hôtes font tout le possible.
