Delaware House was perfect for our family and our pets! Easy and close to walk to restaurants, cideries, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and clean old farmhouse, with a lovely porch. The vibe was old, but kitchen and bathrooms were updated and modern. The host checked in with us when we got there. No complaints -only praise. Highly recommend.

Truly home sweet home. Just walk in and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including milk, eggs, butter and pastries so no need to rush out to go grocery shopping. Convenient to New Haven yet completely quiet neighborhood for resting and taking walks.

Our stay at Marcel’s was amazing. Everything looked exactly as posted and described. Marcel sent very thorough information and instructions for use of everything. The beds were truly the most comfortable beds ever! We had the best sleep. There was so many items in the kitchen to use and condiments in fridge etc. The wood burning stove was the perfect part to the weekend. We didn’t use the hot tub but it looked beautiful. We did notice mice droppings around the house, mostly in the kitchen but we were made aware of that prior. We just made sure to keep all food away- no issue there! Our two dogs enjoyed the stay as well.

Lola's place was clean, quiet, comfy and well situated for our needs. The house is well equipped, including butter, milk and eggs in the refrigerator (nice touch). Lola is very responsive, answering any question we had in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our family opted for a trip to New London to reconnect with our family for Thanksgiving. We were able to utilize the beautiful dining room for our dinner . We loved staying at Rosa’s place and were very comfortable . Just a note - there is only one bathroom and it is on the second floor ( as are all the bedrooms) We made this work but can be difficult with a larger family . It would definitely not deter me from booking again! This place was beautiful. The surrounding area and ease of access was comforting ! Would definitely stay here again .

Laurie s place is very nice, spacious and clean. Plenty of space to eat, hang out and 2 bath. The fenced in yard is great for dogs or kids. We weren't in full summer season so we're not taking advantage of the beach and water options but they offer alot. Allowed for an early check in which was great as we were in town for a memorial service.

We didn’t spend much time in the home as we were in town to visit family for the holidays but the home was just as pictured and Carolyn and Evan were very friendly. The home was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Carolyn was great about letting us know when someone was over to check on the furnace or to remind us to take care as there was freezing rain and the walkways were slick. But she and Evan were also over early in the mornings laying down salt to make the walkways less icy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean comfortable home with friendly, responsive hosts. I am from the area and the location is very central to other small towns as well as walkable to coffee shops and the downtown area. She even put up a Christmas tree for the holidays!

Glenn's rustic cabin was ideal for what we love to do... tour a given region searching out historic bridges and churches, soak up the vibe of a river, buy something, anything, from a mom & pop general store in the middle of nowhere, just disconnect and enjoy ourselves undisturbed. The fireplace was highlight. Nothing beats that on a chilly morning over a hot cup of coffee. If you're looking for a sterile, white linen experience, look elsewhere. If you want to stay in a real cabin and do real cabin things, then book a stay with our friend Glenn.

Me and my husband went for a weekend getaway, and it was just what we needed. The place was amazing, very very peaceful, and there were instructions in the house on how to use everything. The only thing I missed was an air conditioner because I get very hot at night, but that’s just me. Besides that everything was 100%. Definitely going back again :)

Had an absolutely lovely stay at Billy's cabin! We only stayed one night but it was everything we could have hoped for. Being able to take the canoe out on the river was amazing. Even with the road on the other side of the river it was extremely peaceful. We ate out for every meal since town was so close and easy to get to. All we brought with us was some firewood, water, and an air mattress/blankets/pillows. Would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful cabin right next to the creek. Great to wake up with coffee in nature. Parking right in front. Very clean and renovated. The bear theme was cool. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

I believe one of the best compliments to any AirBnB host is returning to their property: this was our fourth visit to the Clack Cabin, and surely not our last! We love the Clack Cabin for its coziness, comfort, and location. It's a small space, but has absolutely everything one needs. It's incredibly peaceful and relaxing, with the stream providing such a soothing soundtrack. The Clapper Hollow State Park a few steps away from the cabin has many easy and quiet paths to explore (we had the forest entirely to ourselves on Easter Sunday!). Clara is a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful with local tips and knowledge. We already look forward to our next visit!

This was our second vacation at this cabin and it was even more cozy for being familiar to us. We had a wonderful 8 days in nature and had a very hard time leaving. Smallwood forever!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was neat, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was absolutely beautiful and check in and our procedures were very easy.

This place was a breath of fresh air. I've noticed a trend on AirBNB of rentals that are obviously flipped investment properties with no character and no evidence of life: this place is the opposite! Charming, comfortable, with hosts who actually know the area and live in the area. This is a great family option when visiting the surrounding Hudson Valley towns. I hope I can get back here soon!

We had an amazing stay! Very cozy home in a beautiful area of Hudson Valley. Nickie was very helpful and quick to respond with answers to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!

Well kept clean old house and furnishings. Terrific unobstructed view of the Hudson from two of the bedrooms and living room facing East. I loved sitting by the bay window in the master bedroom with the sun shining in watching barges on the river and with views of the town of Hudson on the far side of the river. The owners stuff was in the closets and refrigerator and freezer full of her food but that did not bother me. I appreciate having condiments, salt, sugar and pepper available. There is a washer/dryer but no dishwasher and only one bathroom. Also no shades on the East facing window in the master bedroom so light streamed in at sunrise.

My husband and I stayed with our baby son at the cabin. It was so cozy and homey. We felt such peace there and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was organized and clean. Scott’s instructions were clear and he was so responsive when we had questions. We would love to visit Lake George again and highly recommend this cabin.

We had a lovely stay at Gerry and Susan’s! The cabin is adorable and decorated perfectly. We were cozy and comfortable for our weekend there. The firepit was perfect for our winter bonfire tradition. We would definitely return for another visit to experience the summertime there.

We can always rely on a great long term stay at the cottage.

Mary’s Greenport home was a wonderful oasis during Spring Break! We loved waking up to rabbits hopping around the backyard in the morning. We enjoyed firing up the grill and sharing a meal outside. This is definitely great place to book if you have kids who love being outdoors (the yard is completely fenced in!) we loved being in close proximity to great shopping, beaches/parks & restaurants. We would love to visit again in the summer. Thanks for everything!
