Das Haus liegt nur 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß vom See. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der obere Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esstisch ist gemütlich. Zur unteren Wohnung gehört eine Terasse, auf der bis spät nachmittags im Februar die Sonne scheint. Julia war sehr entgegenkommend. Weil es möglich war durften wir früher ein und später auschecken. Abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in 17. La casa è grande e spaziosa e corrisponde alla descrizione. La casa è immersa nel verde e in una zona tranquillissima. Gli host sono gentili e disponibili per le nostre esigenze. Pienamente soddisfatti

Ubytování bylo skvělé. Apartmán je perfektně zařízený, hezký, vkusný. Člověk najde vše, co potřebuje, zkrátka jako doma. Bylo nás 5 a všichni jsme mohli mít soukromí. Velmi oceňuji kotelnu na sušení lyžařského oblečení a bot. Vřele doporučujeme všem, kdo chtějí jet lyžovat. Do nejbližšího velkého střediska je to pouze 20 min autem. Uprostřed pobytu nám hostitelka telefonovala s dotazem, zda nepotřebujeme nové ručníky, toaletní papír či cokoliv jiného. Byli jsme opravdu velmi spokojení.

Piękne miejsce nieopodal Salzburga, cisza spokój, typowo wiejski klimat, dookoła dużo tras do spacerowania, koło domku wielka łąka z placem zabaw i huśtawką dla najmłodszych. Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz! Gorąco polecam!

Perfect location for our stay in Salzburg. Great house, nice and clean. Ray was very helpful with recommendations. Easy to get around on public transport from the house. We had a great time in Salzburg!

Wir sind 11 Stunden aus Polen gefahren und es hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Diese Unterkunft ist ein echtes Juwel unter den Unterkünften! Die Wohnung war wunderschön, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – und der Blick aus dem Fenster ist einfach atemberaubend! Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Bayern zu erkunden und gleichzeitig ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war vorbildlich – er antwortete immer schnell auf Nachrichten und war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann sie wärmstens empfehlen und hoffe, irgendwann wieder hierher zu kommen!❤️

We had an awesome week on the slopes! The apartment was really nice, check-in was easy and we had no problems at all. Only thing that was surprising was that since the apartment was for up to 9 people, we expected 3 rooms, but there were only 2 rooms with 3 beeds (1 double, 1 single) and one couch. But overall great place - would recommend!

Quiet neighborhood, with great views out the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped with all the necessities, and parking was easy in front Of the house. Only downside is the washer/dryer costs 4 euros per wash, and another 4 euros to dry. However, dryer only runs for 1 hour - which is not enough to dry clothes thoroughly. The machine also only takes 2 euro coins, so make sure you have exact change if you are intending to do laundry

Lovely accommodation located in an idyllic village. Eva is very friendly and warm! On the way back there in the evening, a cat accompanied us all along🥰Such a beautiful experience.

It was great place to stay and the host was very nice and we enjoyed our stay in Berchtesgaden.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der FeWo von Anna. Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen und sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Es sind keine Wünsche offen geblieben. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Alt var meget fint og funktionelt. Der kunne godt mangle lidt udstyr i køkkenet fx. Mere end 4 gafler. Men det var småting. Alt andet var super.

We had a great stay at Chalet Franzi. From the moment we made the reservation untill we left, Ernst was very quick and friendly in his responds. It felt very trustworthy. The chalet is even better than the pictures. Its big enough for 4 adults, its cosy, warm, the kitchen has everything you need. It has some cartgames which we used every day. and the view from the windows is pretty. looking out on the Mountains. The chalet is very close to the slopes. even if there is not enough snow, you can walk to it, max 5 min walk. When we arrived, Ernst was waiting to greet us with snapps and his warm personality. He even helped us unload and told us about the chalet and the Village. the Village is small and has a supermarket, restaurants and a Bakery. From the town, you can also go to Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein in around 15 to 20 minutes. also very pretty to walk around and ski. Thank you very much Ernst. We had a lovely ski holiday.

Très joli petit appartement. Extrêmement propre et bien décoré . Belle luminosité. Parfait pour deux ou trois personnes pour une à trois nuits . Petite cuisine pour repas simples et petit déjeuner. Le lit et le sofa lit étaient confortables. Le lit par contre étant entre deux murs peut être moins pratique pour deux ( j’y couchais seul). L’accès à Saltzbourg était facile pour nous en voiture .

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Alexander und Melanie sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Sauna war unser absolutes Highlight. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Zu empfehlen. Wir haben die Wohnung Gartenglück 1.0 als Familie von 3 Personen über Karwoche gemietet und wir waren zufrieden. Die Anweisungen mit Bildern waren kurz und klar. Alois und Stephanie waren auch hilfsbereit - erreichbar für Probleme und Fragen. Alles lief unkompliziert. Mir gefällt‘s vor allem, dass die Wohnung enthält alles was man braucht und Schnickschnack-frei. Die Salzburger Altstadt ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir hatten kein Problem damit, weil wir es auch gewusst haben und waren mit dem Auto mobil.

Mr Andreas is a gem of host and great person by heart, always guided us from where to visit, how to reach faster the popular places near obertraun like Hallstatt with all the detailed information regarding local transport. We will for sure again visit his AirBnb whenever we come to Austria. And oh my god! What AirBnb he had! It’s heaven . We regret not staying for longer period of time here😞

Wir durften paar Tage Gast bei Tanja sein. Es war super:) Tanja ist stets erreichbar, hilfsbereit und hat tolle Empfehlungen zum Wandern gegeben. Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Umgebung, von der aus man sofort loswanden kann. Berchtesgaden und der Königssee liegen mit dem Auto 10 bis 20 Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht und war sauber und einwandfrei. Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

Natalie's house is a little far from the center,but No.22 bus stop is 1 minute to the house,it's easy for tourism.Natalie is easy going and help us to carry suitcases when we arrive.I recoment this house to others
