House vacation rentals in Thalang District

Our family (2 adults and one 7 year old) stayed at the Lux villa for 9 nights as our Easter holiday and could not have been happier with the space, the pool and the location of this spectacular place. Much better and bigger than the photos made out. The house is a lovely oasis of calm and quiet. It is super convenient to Bang Tao beach with a slightly longer drive to Banana Beach and Nai Yang beach - which are definitely worth spending 20 minutes in the car to get to. We had a great time and will be definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at the villa. Our highlight was the pool and the beautiful outdoor area, where we enjoyed spending many hours every day. The rooms were well equipped, the room on the ground floor was slightly smaller than the upper two bedrooms, but not clairvoyant yet private. Communication with Air was quick and easy. One day there were problems with the toilets, so she came very quickly with craftsmen to solve the problem. She also gave us tips for excursions and was always friendly and helpful. The villa is just outside the action, so we were glad we rented scooters (got arranged through air). It was really nice- thank you for an unforgettable time at your villa!

Location: - Kamala Beach — Just a 10-minute stroll through the vibrant night market (a must-visit!). - 7/11, MiniBigC, Lotus Fresh — literally a 2-minute walk away. Pool — Spacious, clean, and perfect for swimming or relaxing. We spent so much time here! Hosts — Thoi and the Property Minding Team were incredibly kind and attentive. They responded promptly, assisted with any queries, and welcomed us warmly. It truly felt like they cared about making our stay feel like home. Over 6 nights, water and electricity costs totaled around THB 850. Highly recommend this villa for couples, families, or anyone seeking tranquility, convenience, and genuine hospitality. My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. She was prompt with her feedback on taking my text messages and my phone calls. Her place was extremely clean. She made me feel so welcome in had a bunch of snacks upon my arrival.

The overall experience is very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the facilities are complete and clean, the only thing is that it is far from popular attractions such as the bar street, and there is no place to buy daily necessities nearby, but everything else is very good! Recommended!

This is a gorgeous place that feels really remote, but is only a short walk to two beaches, restaurants, massage, etc. I loved the private pool and the well-equipped children’s room. I would definitely stay here again in future.

We were staying 27March-6April, amazing host and stuff, very polite, positive and super helpful. Always in touch, very fast in terms of response and actions in case we needed smth. The house was truly great, very clean and tidy. Pool is quite big with clean water and pool towels. Villa was fully equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation with no fuss, the only thing we were missing is a dishwash machine in the kitchen. There also was a grill area outside the villa. Also I need to mention chef Jason, the food he made was absolutely delicious, you can not only use the predefined menu but select your own dishes and he will cook it for you. The prices were very friendly keeping in mind the level of quality and taste. Surin beach is 10 minutes walk from the villa, all the shops are in walkable distance, pharmacies and some decent cafes as well. So in general great place, definitely worth to come back and stay again. Thank you very much Florian and Cynthia for your hospitality!

Dave is a super host! The house is very clean and modern. We planned the arrival and check-in together with the host and assistant. We also received an overview of all the nearby attractions. We were very satisfied and will definitely book the house again.

Good house for relax in quite place.

Excellent beautiful villa in a large private village Laguna, there is a free shuttle bus to the beach, I recommend it!!!

This accommodation was fabulous. Close to shopping, restaurants, the beach and Pam’s spa which we visited on several occasions. Beds were very comfortable, lots of towels, well stocked kitchen and lots of hot water. We were 4 adults and had plenty of room. The pool was amazing, made the hot weather easier to manage. We highly recommend staying here. 🙏

Piotr's place was great and very peaceful. There is security at night. A cafe that is a 4-minute walk away is good for picking up snacks. It is close to Kamala Beach and Patong Beach.

If you're planning a trip to Phuket, you HAVE to stay here! The location is unbeatable: close enough to the beach for easy access but tucked away from the crowds and noise. The peaceful surroundings, with greenery all around, made the stay so relaxing and comfortable. My family and I had an amazing three days here — spending our days exploring and playing at the beach, then coming back to a quiet, cozy place to unwind. A special shoutout to the host, who patiently guided me even though I arrived late and made sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic stay!

Great space! Loads of room and very clean and tidy. All as described - off the beaten path, 20min walk through beautiful farms to some restaurants, another 20min walking and you are at the beach. Like other reviews, there are doggos - they bark, I brought ear plugs and had no issues...and they aren't barking all the time. The bed is quite firm, but again...I anticipated this based on other reviews. overall, great space to stay and great value. Thank you

We loved staying at this home. The property is a long walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the hasty mornings on the deck with cats and hens the most.

The stay was very successful, the house is located in a very nice place. Although the pin showed much closer to the beach than the actual address. The place was clean, well-kept, all amenities (towels, air conditioning...) provided. I recommend!

This place is amazing. It’s in a peaceful and quiet complex with a shared pool however not many people use this so we had it to ourselves. The view from the roof top and balcony was beautiful, really capture the sunset of an evening. It’s a short walk to shops and restaurants (I recommend Crash). The beds and pillows were very comfy and very big. The air conditioning and fan was a nice addition, made it bearable to sleep in the heat. There was house keeping which came mid-stay to clean the place properly but all cleaning supplies are in the BnB for guests to use as they please. The host is very responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend and will look at coming back in the future.

Our stay here was great! Place is brand new and so clean. Very spacious and decor is beautiful. Has everything you need, including a washer. Location is very quiet and has delicious restaurants around. Would recommend this place to anyone. Host was very responsive and kind.

We had a super comfortable stay at Joe's home in Phuket. The interiors are very aesthetically done, and just as shown in the pictures. The locality is not the best for tourists, not much to do around and it gets slightly deserted in the evenings. Overall a great stay to chill in the villa by the pool.
