The Verandah with pool @ Dragonfly Cottage

A beautiful Red brick and stone house recently constructed in the serene, green coastal Konkan village of Thal with the beach a few minutes walking from our place. The house is surrounded by coconut groves, mature mango trees and a lovely lawn. The home built in traditional Konkan style has used teak wood from a 100 year old bungalow and all materials and labour have been sourced locally. Our guests will enjoy a serene and calm stay with locally cooked meals on request. This listing is shared .

This has been our family second home for over two decades and one we've watched come alive from nothing. Set in a rustic 5 acre farm with a rivulet that runs by the property (unfortunately only in the monsoon), Rashmi Farms is a great place to disconnect from the city (though we have wifi if you must work). You can enjoy walks around the farm and nearby villages, a dip in the pool, or just put up your feet with a book. All this just 2.5 hours drive from Mumbai.

We group of 4 families had wonderful time at the Villa. Along with individual 4 bedrooms we had a big Air-conditioned room which was so perfect to hang out as group in summers. Beach is at walkable distance and very serene. Food at property was really good and caretaker Sai and cook Varsha helped us in every way.

Right from booking it to being helped by Viganesh right away, with the helpful and enthusiastic manager Abhay and a very helpful property/ housekeeper Mahesh and his cute family, the yummy homely food, and then Coco the cute property doggie, the property was really beautiful and serene, with very comfortable and spacious rooms. I visited with my family, along with our dog and cat for my Mom's birthday and wasn't disappointed. A lovely property, very beautifully done up and nicely lit and walkable with so many trees and beautiful mountain n forest views! we had a blast!

We had a very pleasant stay at Paradiso. Jitendra was very friendly and guided us to the place and beyond (with nearby places to visit) The property has been very well maintained and very clean. The interiors have been done very well and it gives out extremely positive vibes. Anyone planning to have a peaceful vacation, you must visit this. The terrace has excellent views and Awas beach is a 9-10 mins walk from this property

We’d stayed at the Coastal villa for a night for a college reunion. The place is perfect and is about 3 minutes away from the Akshi beach by foot. The homemade food was delicious and place was clean and spacious. It’s a great place for a mid sized group. I’d love to go back again here.

Our stay at Lotus Vista was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, communication with Amruta was incredibly smooth and responsive. The villa itself exceeded all our expectations. It's even more beautiful than the photos – spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. We particularly loved the spacious living room where we can accomodate all family members and have fun time. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the verandah to the detailed local recommendations. The location was fantastic, offering peace and quiet surrounding and convenient proximity to attractions. Kashid beach was just 3 minutes away. We had a great time here. Definitely recommended.
