Cozy house with view off the lake

This house has it all, character and location! The house, located in the village of Warmond, has it's own private dock, and is located directly on the open water (Kagerplassen), with views over a typically Dutch landscape, with cows and windmills from its terrace and garden. The property is loaded with amenities to make your stay extraordinary. There is a stone fire place for cozy evenings by the fire, complimentary Wifi internet access, a gas grill and bicycles for you to use. A fully equipped kitchen, towels, linens, hairdryers are all here for your comfort. The kitchen is very spacious and sits up to 8 people for meals. It is well stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, serving plates and bowls, and small appliances, as well as tea, coffee, sugar and a wide array of seasonings. Yes we have a washer and dryer. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a private alcove with a queen bed. It will comfortably sleep 7. The master bedroom had a recently renovated bathroom en suite. A crib is available. Bed configuration: - bedroom 1: King Bed (or 2 Twin Beds) - bedroom 2: 2 Twin Beds - bedroom 3: Queen Bed - bedroom 4: King Bed (or 2 Twin Beds) The lake (Kager Plassen) Warmond is located on the edge of the lake "Kager Plassen" and in the middle of the Randstad, with all its energy and activities. The Hague (20 minutes) and Leiden (15 minutes) are all reachable by car or public transport. The beach resorts of Noordwijk, Katwijk and Wassenaar are close by and can be reached by bike within 30 minutes. Warmond is in the middle of the "Bollenstreek Route", known as the Flower Route and named one of the "Drives of a Lifetime" by National Geographic.

Welcome to the guesthouse in our backyard. Our accommodation is centrally located in relation to both Noordwijk beach (8 km) and the bulb fields (2 km). With the train station within walking distance, you are also in 5 minutes in Leiden, in 15 minutes in Haarlem and in the Hague in 25 minutes. The room is tastefully decorated, completely in harmony with the beautifully landscaped garden that you have a view of from your bed. You have a private entrance and also part of our garden is exclusively for you as a guest.

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Uniek en rustig gelegen huisje in pittoresk Warmond aan de Kaag op loopafstand van winkels en horeca. Het huisje is stijlvol en warm ingericht met open haard en heeft openslaande deuren naar verschillende terrassen die horen bij onze grote tuin, waar u gebruik van mag maken (verse eitjes om te rapen) De keuken is volledig ingericht. Met een tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer en aangrenzende ruime luxe badkamer is dit appartement de ideale getaway voor stellen die er even tussenuit willen.

Light, spacious and renovated apartment, situated in the beautiful and quiet place Warmond. Only 15 min. from Schiphol and only 30 min. from Amsterdam by train or car Also only 15 min. from Leiden by train, bus or bicycle. Warmond is very popular by people who love to wander, cycle and do watersports. Also for people that need a place to stay during a business week, it's a very comfortable place! The apartment can be used by a maximum of 4 people. We also rent for longer stays.

Paradise on the Kaag

Live like a god on the Kaag! Spacious and bright new wooden family vacation home with all the amenities. Around the house is a fenced boster train and grass of about 3,000 m2. Full privacy. Towards the water is the dike and behind it is our particularly spacious jetty with space for 3 boats. We rent out our house including our motorboat from 5.7 meters (April to October, place for 6-8 people) and a sailboat. In the lakes you can swim (swimming stairs on jetty are available).

Enjoy our freestanding sustainable guesthouse of 55m2. The house has a beautiful fenced garden with great views on the flowerfields and it is close to the Dutch beaches of Noordwijk area. A perfect place for couples or young families! It is a great place to relax after a day at the beach, exploring the area by bike, boat trip on the Kaagplassen or a trip to Amsterdam (25 min to RAI), Haarlem, Leiden, Den Haag (all within 30 min). Uniquely located detached chalet next to an old Dutch mill on the Kagerplassen and a golf course. The chalet has two bedrooms, a spacious shower/toilet combination and a living room with open kitchen. Kitchen including built-in appliances. Super location on the water accessible by car. 10 minutes from central station in Leiden. No pets. Also on hiking and biking route. Rural environment. Roosters present! Cozy log cabin (17 m2) for two people, equipped with shower and toilet. Detached with lots of privacy and plenty of space. There is a double bed in the room. Two single beds are also possible, we like to know this well in advance so that everything is ready when you come. A delicious breakfast can be booked. On request: evening meal to be ordered: fresh soup with bread board.

Lovely modern cottage on the water with beautiful wide views over the meadows; enjoy the lively painting overlooking sailing yachts, windmills, church towers, hares, swans, porpoises, storks and more. Vacation feeling but still in the middle of the Randstad. Station Sassenheim is a 10 min walk, Schiphol 16 minutes by train. Amsterdam and The Hague both 25 minutes by car.
