Everything was perfect, excellent communication, clean and comfortable place

It's an excellent house and the host is very friendly, my whole family and I really liked it

A lovely, Spanish-styled home with fully equipped kitchen, a stylish high-ceiling living room, a 5 gallon tank of purified water provided, and a nice patio, which we didn't use, in the back. There was one problem, which was the lack of hot water for the first four days. Ricardo attempted to fix it himself, then brought in a plumber, which still didn't fix the problem. Finally, Ricardo brought in a second plumber, who did fix it. Ricardo deserves credit for continuing to follow-up on the problem, but I thought he should have been aware of this problem. Despite this, we enjoyed staying at his house, the location was great. Ricardo was a very hospitable host, met us when our arrival was delayed, and a responsive host. I would recommend his house as a great place to stay, if you can afford the price. I would recommend that Ricardo provide a notebook with recommended restaurants and nearby sites.

What a great place to base yourself in during a visit to Mexico City. This Airbnb is spacious, well located and comfortable. We found it very relaxing and enjoyed making use of the terrace after a day spent exploring the city. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Gina has a lovely home in the heart of Roma! Look no further if you're looking for all the hot spots, steps away from a speakeasy (literally, at your feet if you can find it). The terrace is gorgeous, and it's a cute spot. This may not be a good fit if you have trouble climbing stairs. There is a (somewhat challenging) spiral staircase leading up to the terrace, and as someone else mentioned, it's not for the faint of heart. The laundry (washer and dry clothes line) is on the terrace, so you must manage that. The shower can be tricky, as are many things in the city. But it's a charming place, super easy to get to, and Martin (the groundskeeper) is a sweetheart. This is a cute house, with a little office cove for your workdays. But understand that it doesn't have a dining table or a lot of seating (minus the dining table on the terrace, which is tricky again). But this is it if you're looking for charm + superb Roma access. And Gina is wonderfully sweet and responsive!

Great stay in a great location! A lot of nearby restaurants and a safe walkable area. The plants inside the home were so cool! I was nervous about not having AC, but we visited at the end of May and had no issues plus there were fans!

I can't say enough good things about my stay with Karla and Fer. I've used Airbnb a lot, but they're honestly in a league of their own. The kind of hosts who don't just solve problems - they prevent them from happening in the first place. When I mentioned being sensitive to light while sleeping, they went and installed complete blackout shades OUTSIDE the bedroom windows to make sure not even a crack of light got through. The place itself is perfect (that home theater system got plenty of use!), and the wifi is super fast - though they offered to upgrade it to gigabit speeds if I needed it. But what really sets them apart is how genuinely thoughtful they are. They found out it was my birthday during my stay and surprised me with a gift, even after I insisted they didn't need to do anything. They even held onto some of my luggage for a week after I checked out. It's these little moments of kindness that really stuck with me. If you're heading to Mexico City, just stay here.

Unique, bright, stylish penthouse in a beautiful area of Condesa. Close to parks, shops and restaurants. The two lovely plant filled terraces are a large part of what makes this place unique. Bed was comfortable, large enough for my husband and me, both 188cm. Plenty of hot water with good pressure. Very secure building. A very comfortable place which I would book again.

It is a central place, consider small cars for the accommodation, many places to visit and nearby. OXXO and Farmacia de GDL one block away, Hidalgo metro station two blocks away. Clear instructions and very friendly security.

Really cool spot in an amazing location. Endless amount of great spots to eat and drink within walking distance.

This was the perfect spot to stay in Roma. Easy access to everything we wanted to be around, extremely clean, private, great balcony. We loved our time and will absolutely be back.

A great place to stay in Roma/Condesa. The building itself is a little old but the apartment has all the modern amenities you need. Plenty of food and drink options right outside the door and easy walking distance to anything in Roma or Condesa. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well for cooling after the 90 degree days we had.

Alonso’s place was super cute! The view from the living room and balcony were amazing during the day and night. The air bnb is a little bit far (walking) from some of the popular tourist spots but the walk is beautiful and Uber is cheap and accessible. Lots to eat and see around the air bnb. The place is equipped with everything you need to feel at home and if you need anything Alonso’s response time was fast and helpful! I Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment! We loved our stay here, the apartment is even nicer than it looks in the photos and the patio is really amazing. We loved drinking coffee out there on a morning! The location is perfect, walkable to condesa with local shops, restaurants etc on your doorstep too. Victoria was really responsive with any questions we had. The doormen were also super friendly and we really appreciated how they resolved any small issues. If this place is available for your trip - book it!

What an incredible Oasis in the middle of the city! The surrounding trees outside the floor to ceiling glass walls are a welcome escape after a long day of activities. The Hammock chair adds to the charm! Fantastic location with food, parks and market near by! Can't wait to return!

Lorenzo's stylish flat in prime La Condesa offers the perfect retreat after exploring Mexico City. The charming patio, quiet yet walkable neighborhood, and proximity to exceptional cafés and restaurants make this location ideal. With attentive security and Lorenzo's outstanding communication throughout, this apartment serves as an excellent base for CDMX adventures. Can't wait to return to this gem in my favorite city.

Wonderful location and easy walk to public transportation. Rooftop patio is a great location to sit and view the city in the evening. Lots of room for our entire family of 5. Will definitely stay there again if back in CDMX. Thanks Sergio ☺️

This is a very nice location with a very walkable neighborhood with many restaurants and cafe's to choose from. Markets were close as well as nice boutiques on Amsterdam Street. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was a plus as we did a lot of walking and various excursions.. The kitchen was well equipments and the roof top pool and loungers was a nice place for a quick dip and relaxing after a busy day. We highly recommend this apartment and Luis and colleagues were very helpfull

So glad we chose this place! Situated in a lovely and quaint neighbourhood, everything was within walking distance, there were many restaurants and bar places to check it out. Rene's place had the most lovely doormen who were so kind and helpful and really made the place a wonderful stay. Couldn't recommend it more!
