House vacation rentals in Tetouan Province

The place turned out to be an excellent option - a stone throw from the medina but with the tranquility of a residential area. Ease of parking. The apartment was not missing detail and everything was spotless. Fatima has been waiting for us at all times and that is very much to be appreciated. Totally recommended!

Great stay. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the description. The location is perfect, om was quiet enough for a restful sleep. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, and communication was straightforward and quick. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Cabo Negro and the surrounding area. The place is wonderful. Very nice, comfortable, with everything you need to spend a few incredible days. Living in the heart of the Medina is something that must be experienced. It is located very close to one of the gates of the Medina, so it is easy to travel around that area and access other parts of Tetouan. Said, who was the person in charge of receiving us, is great and will be attentive to anything you need. One night he even brought us a typical Moroccan dinner cooked in his own home, which was wonderful. Thank you very much for everything Said. The last day was as flexible as we needed to make the most of every minute in Tetouan and not worry about luggage. Without a doubt, if you want to live and experience life in Tetuán, I recommend this accommodation 100%.

Rarely do you find a place that just fits. The views? Unreal. The location? Spot on. The details? Thoughtful in a way that makes you wonder why more places aren’t designed like this. Every corner felt like it was meant to be explored, and honestly, finding something this good is near impossible. Then there’s Amine—professional, quick to respond, and somehow always one step ahead, even with questions beyond the stay itself. The kind of host who makes the experience seamless. 10/10. No hesitation.

The cottage is on a small promontory that offers a really splendid view of both parts of the village and the surrounding peaks. Away from the road, calm reigns and the nights are totally quiet. The garden is neat, fences a wooden palisade and one accesses the roof terrace by an external staircase. The tour of the house is paved in stone. Parking is easy. Paths start from the bottom of the access road and lead to the village or countryside and surrounding forests. The place is properly equipped but deserves some furnishings.

Great apartment. The cleanest and best set up apartment we have stayed in for 3 months in Morocco. We were very excited to have a toaster and kettle! Plenty of space, very good hot water, comfortable bed. Good neighbourhood full of locals and plenty of options for finding food. Only downside was noisy upstairs neighbour (possible due to Ramadan) so we were woken a number of times each night. We would happily return.
