A very functional apartment with lots of storage, comfortable bedding, a nice view. Indeed we hear (a little) in the evening the gleams but that's the price to pay to be at the foot of the slopes.

We spent four nights in Clément's apartment and can only recommend this accommodation. Ideally located to discover the surroundings and enjoy magnificent walks (or ski in the surrounding resorts), the apartment is perfectly furnished; absolutely nothing is missing and it is tastefully decorated. The wood burning stove is very nice and helps to make the atmosphere of this apartment all the more warm. Clément is a very responsive host. We did not meet him but his dad lives there and the contact was perfect. Anyway, go there without a second thought! We hope to be able to return to the "Place du Soleil" which is aptly named...

Wow! This place is incredible! The location is truly amazing with amazing views. We sat out drinking our coffee in the morning on the balcony and our aperitif in the evening. The house is renovated beautifully and luxuriously where every room has their own bathroom and toilet. My husband loves to cook so we ate many meals in the house and he loved cooking in this beautiful kitchen. We just can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is- and we definitely hope to come back soon!

Marine kindly received us on arrival. The cottage is just right for 2 people, although there is also a double sofa bed in the living room, which also acts as a sofa. This sofa is not very comfortable, but because we went to bed early after a day of skiing, the sofa was fine. For 4 people it could be for a few days but is tight. All amenities are there in the cottage which was perfect for us. Fully equipped kitchen. Also a washing machine is available. Good contact with Marine. There was a water malfunction in the neighborhood, however, we did not have any inconvenience because we were on the slopes all days. Marine did keep us informed about the status of the malfunction. She even brought water bottles we didn't need. We luckily had hot water in the evening for a quick shower after a ski day. In short, a nice stay to come back to after a day of skiing/hiking/biking in the area of Val Cenis!

We had a great stay in this ideally located apartment (close to shops, and the cabin), with an unobstructed view, and neat decoration. The equipment is perfect and the owners are responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful place. Thank you 🙏

I would like to sincerely thank Anna and Pierre for their warm welcome and continuous care throughout my stay. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and perfectly located. Everything was excellent and well organized. It was truly one of the best experiences, and I would definitely love to come back again!

The return to real life is complicated after a stay in this beautiful alpine chalet, the change of scenery is incredible. Being able to enjoy this view and this nature while sitting on the sofa on this huge terrace, is a treat You can go hiking directly from the cottage, it's really a plus Thanks to Yana and Vincent for hosting us and for their kindness We recommend this place to all lovers of nature and tranquility

Very nice studio true to the photos. Central and easy to access. Provide salt, pepper, olive oil, garbage bags and all the basic cooking essentials. Very well equipped for the kitchen and great bathroom. Balcony on the slopes, very good and comfortable bedding. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic experience and highly recommended. For breakfast we were provided with cakes of various kinds, sweet bread, muesli, all strictly homemade by the owner herself, in addition there were mountain milk yogurt and juices; in addition the kitchen was complete and prepared for every need. We stayed one night in the Florence Airbnb. We were looking for a quiet and secluded place to rest and relax. The place was perfect for that. Off-the-grid, disconnection guaranteed.

A perfect location for families looking to spend quality time in Chamonix. Friendly and responsive hosts and well equiped house. We loved it!
