My experience in this chalet was just amazing! From the moment of arrival, you can already see the care and attention to detail. The space is extremely well planned, with a complete structure that perfectly suits both those who want to relax and those who need practicality in their daily lives. Everything was impeccably clean, organized and working perfectly — from the kitchen to the utensils, to the super comfortable bed and the cozy atmosphere. Automation with Alexa is great. The cottage is very functional, with charming and cozy decor that makes us feel at home. The location is also great, ideal for those seeking tranquility and contact with nature, without giving up comfort. Anderson deserves a special mention. He was attentive, kind and always available to help with any questions or needs. Your hospitality made all the difference and made the stay even more enjoyable. It was an excellent stay and we definitely intend to return.

Lea took care of us very well. The house is very cozy. The sheets smell like laundry. All the facilities are very well thought out and welcoming. The hammock helps us rest and the garden helps us disconnect.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed at Marcus' place. Since 2020, at least once a year I visit this space in search of peace and I am never disappointed. This time even the birds of the local fauna appeared to honor us! All the basic shops are less than 5 minutes away (by car) and yet the place is uniquely quiet. An oasis of peace, connection with nature and rest for the soul. We'll be back!

It's my second time at Flávia's house and once again it was days of a lot of family rest, in a great, cozy space with all the necessary amenities to make everything very pleasant. Flávia, as always, was very helpful and made us feel super comfortable. I hope to return more often!! =D

The self check in and check out are very practical. In addition, the house is super well located, in a beautiful, safe neighborhood, with lots of restaurants and leisure options. We loved it!

We were made to feel very welcome, Modesto's husband of Maria gave great tips from restaurants, a friendly couple and attentive mto. The house is very well located, well equipped, very quiet and with a wonderful view to invigorate the mind. Were flexible with the delivery of the keys. Our 4-legged son felt at ease, I highly recommend! We'll be back for sure!

It was all great in the stay with Fernando, the place has a very tasteful decoration and everything that appears in the photos working. It also has a beautiful view of the city, and he was always very kind. For cat lovers, you can also get a visit from a super affectionate cat that passes by.

Modern, renovated and clean apartment, with well-kept bed and bath linens. Comfortable double bed and pleasant atmosphere. I just missed having a thicker blanket/comforter, as the dawn is cold and humid in the city. In the kitchen, a sandwich maker would be more useful than the toaster. The sofa bed is very hard — it may please those who like orthopedic mattresses, but it was not comfortable for my mother. The condominium is traditional, but it is run-down, with common and leisure areas that are not maintained. On the other hand, the location is excellent: you can walk to Feirinha do Alto, restaurants, pharmacies, Armazém do Grão and Oliveirão supermarkets (both serve breakfast and snacks). The Higino Cultural Space, inside the condominium, is also a distinguishing characteristic – you can enjoy the city's events without leaving the premises. Overall it was a good stay and good value for money.

Mr. Marcus is an excellent host. I've stayed in his apartment before and it's always a good experience. Pleasant environment and location, close to the main tourist landmarks.

The Marcel apt is simply beautiful and well decorated…everything inside is very good taste and quality! Amei! Communication with him flowed well too!! It is a little distant from the center of Teresópolis but for those who are looking for a quieter place as was my case I recommend yes!!

We liked it very much. North-facing apartment, gets that winter sun, very good, it makes a difference. Bedroom and living room are spacious, good mattress, good bath, covered garage, great location, practically next to the Viva Itália restaurant, close to the fair, and close to hiking or morning jogging to the overlook of the Soberbo, or trails in Parnaso. Nearby there is a market, greengrocer, bakery and shops. Great restaurants nearby, buffet lunch at Casa Agridoce and Frutos da Terra, and in the evening at Mad Garden, Vila St Gallen, Burrata Bistrô, Viva Itália, etc. Cafes have good options too, all on foot. We'll be back soon.

Recanto de Paz is a unique place. Super well located for those arriving by bus, as it is 2 blocks from the bus stop. For those arriving by car, there is the convenience of the garage, which is perfect, because we don't have to worry about parking the car. The apartment is quiet, which allows for a good rest and has some treats, such as a coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, among others. The bedding is clean and comfortable and the duvet is wonderful. We recommend the wonderful experience we had.

I recommend with my eyes closed. Extremely clean and new apartment, in a quiet and also new condominium. Pimenteiras is a neighborhood close to the center, but it also combines a lot of nature and tranquility.
