The apartment is perfect. Spacious, completely clean, everything in excellent condition, very conveniently located, good quality utensils. The location is very quiet, with access to restaurants and other amenities. In addition, the host was very attentive and from the first moment he communicated to make us feel at home. It fulfills its function, for an express stay, for hot water you have to ask, but if you have the hot water tap, the only detail are the cars that pass and make noise at night, everything else 10/10, it fulfills its purpose

This is a great find. This home a huge, very modern and clean. Ulises is indeed a super host. He is very responsive. We stayed there while in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot. We stayed for 4 days with my wife and 2 children.This place was great. It is on the nicer side of town, super clean and safe. If you are visiting Tepic, stay here you are a short drive into the the city. Additionally, there is a pharmacy and mini-mart walking distance from this home. Washer and Dyer, kitchen, and showers are great in this place. I highly recommend this place and while you are there, take a drive to San Blas! Only about 45 mins away and a GREAT day trip.

Very well located, very close to the main street which makes it easy to get around the city. Very good host, excellent communication and explanation, his guide with recommendations was very useful :). The apartment is small but very well equipped and cozy. The only thing is that it does not have HVAC, but the night was cool and the windows have mosquito nets, so it was not a problem.
